Actually disappointing. I researched it's inventory for at- store purchases, but when I got there, it was under stocked and rather over priced. No staff on floor to assist and cashiers had no clue on inventory availability.

I was a little intimidated going in, as I typically order online and my makeup brand was discontinued so I was feeling overwhelmed with options and not sure where to begin. Claudia spent almost an hour with me, made me feel completely at ease, taught me some new things about what I needed, what pallettes were good for me, and she just made the whole experience easy and even fun! I went from being ready to turn around and walk out to feeling confdent and knowledgeable in under an hour. Claudia is really the best I can't wait to go back and have her help me test out new looks!

Ash is an amazing stylist and I am so happy with the services I have received from her at Ulta, however it seems like the lights have gotten so much brighter lately. I have to wear sunglasses to my appointment. On top that, today the building was FREEZING. It’s February. Why is the AC on? It was uncomfortably cold having wet hair with it that cold. After being there for a couple hours with color and cut, I couldn’t wait to get blow dried and warm up. It wasn’t an enjoyable experience today. (Hair was still looks and feels fabulous though!)

Ask for Azra (hope I’m spelling that right) she’s a master at color matching. I went in for concealer and foundation, she suggested amazing products and took her time to explain the benefits of each. Can’t say enough great things about her and the products she suggested.

Claudia was so very sweet and helpful this evening! She took her time with me, was extremely patient, didn't mind my thousands of questions, and didn't make me feel embarrassed! She seemed excited to show me product and I truly can't praise her enough!!!! There was another young lady at the register ( my reciept says Grace but Claudia can confirm) and she was so very welcoming and sweet too!!! I was so out of my depth at Ulta and they made me feel like I was on a shopping trip with friends. I would rate higher if I could!!! Thank you again ladies!!!!

I visited my local Ulta beauty store on October the 11th and purchased shampoo and conditioner. They did not have what I wanted in the store but an associate in the store purchased it online for me and had it delivered to my house. On October 13th the online store charged my bank account a second time for the same product that was being sent to me that I had already paid for at my local store. Have made several calls to customer service really just get the runaround they put you on hold 10 or 12 times Thank you for holding, sorry for the wait,bask you the same questions ten or 12 times. It's ridiculous now they want a copy of my bank statement to refund the second charge from the online store I will never purchase anything from Ulta beauty again. If I could give them a zero I would.

I've gotten my hair done here a few times by different stylists- I only get styles done but go to my normal stylist somewhere else to get hair cuts. I like this place for last minute appointments for events I forgot or found last minute. The shop is also very lovely, but the lights are so bright it gets hot quickly. There are some spots in the store that are tight so if you have a mobility item you might not be able to go through, but might be able to back out of. Most of the store is accessible, though. The bathrooms are always mostly clean which I appreciate and prefer to some of the other store bathrooms in the area. Employees seem nice enough and are very knowledgeable in products and services.

I needed a few things because my online subscription to Il Makiage had issues. I came in and got assistance from a very helpful knowledgeable lady. Got exactly what I needed. I also checked out the perfume department which was full of all sorts of lovely aromas. I started an account at checkout because I know I'll be back.

During my recent visit, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease as both my sister and I, as male customers, felt like we were being unfairly judged. Despite observing the staff actively assisting other customers, it seemed as though our presence went completely unnoticed, particularly by the lady taking orders. We entered the store hoping for at least one associate to acknowledge us, but unfortunately, we were blatantly ignored, leading us to believe that we were being stereotyped as potential shoplifters. It deeply saddened me that such prejudiced treatment extended further to people of color, making it clear that this store is not inclusive.
