“I ordered from The Birdsafe Store for the first time in August of 2023. I kept track of the Fedex shipping status, and it said my order was delivered on 8/29/23 and left on my front porch. It never was delivered. I contacted Joe at The Birdsafe Store, and he was on it trying to find where my package was. In the meantime, he shipped out two more bags of the food my parrots needed, and when this package eventually arrived after two weeks, he gave me a good deal to keep those extra two bags. The prices are so much better, and Joe was great to work with and made things right. I will definitely order from them again (but maybe request it not be shipped out Fedex. Ha).”

“I really like shopping at this Tractor Supply , 141 Wal martdrive in Winchester. I bought a gun safe there and then a bigger one went on sale for the same price, I called the store and they were so nice about it.They said bring the one you have back and we will load up the bigger one for you. When I got there they couldn't have been nicer, didn't treat me like I was a pain. Great employee'sare hard to find, hang on to these.”
“We purchased a Shih Tuz from here and he is such a joy. He was 12 weeks old when we purchased him almost 2 months ago. He was very shy at first but after a few days he made this his home and he knows he is the boss. He still has accidents sometimes in the floor but for the most part he uses his puppy pads. We are still trying to train him to go to the bathroom outside. He is so smart he gives us his paw when we ask for it. He loves playing with his toys and he does try to bite right now because he's still a baby and teething. We took him to the vet and they said he's in good health. He was such a good boy at the vet. He has an appointment to get his hair cut this weekend. I'm so glad we purchased him he is such a joy and I love him so much. He is a part of our family now. He sleeps in his bed or on the sofa in the day and at night he sleeps with mommy and daddy. He is just the sweetest little baby.”
