I brought my very well used, 5 year old plus, "Dyson Ball" vacuamn to My Vacuum Store on Millwood, in Winchester. I got back a "like new", or better Vacuamn!! They did filter replacement, replaced Hose and hand held "head". I am delighted. These guys care about their work. I'll be back. Thank you My Vacuamn Store. "h", c mr parts and what I got back was a super powerful beautiful conditioned vacuum

We have had a horrible experience with this business. We bought a nearly $700 vacuum and it's on it's second year. It runs a few minutes and then stops. You have to push the reset button and then it happens again over and over. We have had it back for repair 4 times and it isn't working yet. We returned it today and he said it was clogged but wouldn't produce what he said clogged it. We had already checked that and it was not clogged. It's a lemon. He offered $100 trade in for another one! Don't buy from them, they do not honor their products and the customer service is here poor.June 7 the vacuum was rebuilt and seems to be working now, we have used it once.

I ordered a Miele Marin vacuum at My Vacuums in Winchester. My salesman, Sumit, provided exceptional service and went over and above to ensure my product knowledge and suitability of my choice for my carpet needs. As I don't live in Winchester he was quick to respond to email correspondence as well as speak by phone to answer any inquiries. I chose a great product and trust as I become more familiar with using it will enjoy it for many years.

Great service. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Black Friday and he treated us like his only customers. This will be my "Go To" place for vacuum and carpet cleaning supplies from now on.
