This is not the same dealership I went to 3 years ago when I leased my vehicle--and ended up going elsewhere. This time my sales person, J'Vaughn Francis, was able to answer my questions, stayed in touch, got me a lower financing rate than I had found, was willing to accommodate my schedule, tolerated all my what ifs I did this instead, and remained upbeat and pleasant the entire process. If you are in the area and looking at Hondas, it's worth talking to J'Vaughn.

My car salesman was experienced and helped me get through the difficult process of car buying. He was aware of my stress and anxiety levels and worked to make me feel more at ease and not pressured. He has agreed to be there for me any time I have questions about the car and its features.
I had an overall good experience even though someone else bought the car I wanted and my salesman had to find another like at another dealership. There were a few kinks, but not the fault of my salesman.

From start to finish working with Frank at CMA was a pleasure. He listened to exactly what I wanted and needed in a car and what was in my budget. Being in sales myself, it was a refreshing experience to not feel pressured into something that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. David in financing also deserves a shout out for his role on explaining everything in great detail and getting me in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming to see Frank again when it's time for my next purchase. 10/10
