Just got my haircut, it's uneven and super awkward looking, like she was going for a bowl cut without using a bowl. the gal was very aggressive with her clippers as they felt like they were pulling the hair instead of clipping. don't think I'll be returning. it's sad, I use to love this place ?

The lady who did my son's hair at first was rushing my son because there were 2 other people waiting. The cut was not the best... the lady who styled it was very nice and took her time and did what my son wanted. I wish the first lady was a little nicer and took her time, and did not rush. My son was very still while getting his hair done, giving her the time she needed he would have sat longer if needed. I did not ask for it to be fixed due to how she was acting. ?

They keep a record of haircuts which allows my adult child with autism to do the appointment himself. And they always offer him a lollipop without treating him like a child. I really appreciate them!

There were two women working when I came in, both were extremely nice! The station where I got my hair cut was very clean and the woman who did my cut did a really nice job. Great experience!Service: Haircut

They were extremely busy when I took my nephew for a cut. The ladies were all very professional and courteous. They got everyone through quickly and my nephew's hair looked great!

Never got her name, but the “Suicide Girl” who cut my hair was great. Chatty enough to pass the time, but professional enough to succeed in a proper cut.

Very poor customer service. Checked in online more than 50 minutes prior to arrival. Arrived when wait time said 0. Took another customer in front of me without verifying name, phone number or email address. Said they dont verify anything and assumed that even though he had a different name that he was me. Let's use a little bit of common sense. Alsosaid that this person didn't know who checked him in but that they were checked in. Again, lets use a little commin sense. Then refused to switch. Then said they were closing and couldn't cut my hair. Will never go back.

Everyone always remembers what I like depending on the time of the year. Clipper cuts might be easy, but they always do it perfect which is hard.

Nice lady, fast service but terrible job. Completely left a chopped up area of my sons haircut. When asked multiple times to fix certain spots she mentioned “it’s hard to notice because he has dark hair” … that is ridiculous. If you cut hair professionally color shouldn’t matter.Service: Kids' cuts

It's taken a bit of time to find stylists that understood what I have been asking for that were willing to take the time to translate for other stylists to follow. My last two stylists whose names, unfortunately, escape me have done an excellent job.Service: Haircut

I was recently a recipient of Clips of Kindness. I have cancer and will be going thru chemo starting next wk. I went to get my hair cut off preparing for when I start losing it. When I went to pay, the stylist said it was free. I was shocked. I wasn't expecting this Kindness. It meant the world at this difficult time. Thank you Great Clips!!!❤️❤️❤️
