A rude assistant manager refused to answer my polite question and walked off. I repeated the question louder to attract his attention, and he told me to leave the store, then threatened to call the police when I asked why. I reported this to DG corporate, and I am waiting for an apology and confirmation that this man has been disciplined.

I have been going to the valley ave. Location for approximately five years and spend an average of about $100.00 a week..Today I picked up about $ 50.00 worth of Christmas decorations because bigger items were marked 50% off and at the register discovered the sale ended yesterday and forgot to take down the 1 foot sign and basically had me put them back instead of offering to mark them down for me...HOPE IT WAS WORTH LOSING THAT MUCH MONEY !!

This would be Walmarts cousin that everyone knows is a little cheap but not so cheap that you would find her on every corner. But seriously a lot more organized and clean than any other DG I've been in. Kudos to the ladies that work there.

I needed to get a notebook and pens for my class at 8:30 since I left my book bag at home. Figured I’d just stop at the Dollar General since they were on the way and open at 8am.......BOTH The sign on the door & online say open at 8am.....So I was waiting in parking lot since 7:45 am waiting for them to “open”. Just to walk up to the door at 8am to see a note saying “ we will open shortly” waited until 8:10 and the doors still not open!! Change your hours or get employees who can arrive on time! So annoying

Employees not wearing masks or wearing below the nose, a couple of customers (regulars maybe or friends of staff from the way they spoke to one another) ALSO NOT wearing masks. Theres a global pandemic going on. Everyone should be wearing a mask.
