Visited a few times now to pick up a couple drinks on the way home. Each time has failed me. Little lines of 3-4 can take 20 minutes. Cashiers are barely functional yes the people, and their machines hardly work either. Please don’t bother.

Clean store , lots of variety and usually lower prices than most retail stores. Great place to find a gift, cheap cards descent seasonal deco and so on.

Workers might be scattered around and a little distracted doing this and that, but they are ready to help once you find and snag someone to assist. Bought furniture and appreciate the help in getting a little bit off after missing a holiday sale, though of course more savings would have been better! No delivery option offered, but able to pick up ourselves, just had to wait a bit for them to bring it out to load up. Glad things were wrapped safely to be shuffled on board a trailer and then up steps and inside. All heavy and awkward, but phew, grateful it's done now!

I have always found Big Lots to have a multitude of day to day items at a decent price and usually good quality. One of the things that is nice about the Winchester store is they keep it clean. I come from South Carolina and the store there always seemed like it needed to be cleaned.
