My overall experience was very good. Bryan Boyer was patient and answered all my questions and allowed me to conduct my research on a couple different trim packages of the Atlas. He and Mason Chambers helped me get a fair amount for my trade-in and reviewed my financing options with great detail.

Dropped the car off Monday. Got a call on Friday saying my car was done. Go in on Monday to pick the car up and they were unsure where the key was and paperwork wasn’t done. Call the next day still isn’t ready. Called Wednesday and the paperwork needed to be finalized and was told the car would be ready for pick up at 6:45. No discount for the inconvenience they caused me for miss informing that the car was ready. I missed out on DOT at work. Last time I bring my vehicle to them.
