“I stopped in for Tylenol and found the small cans of Starbucks espresso and cream. I think this might be the same as the double shots I used to get but in any case it was delicious and just what I needed. i’ve looked everywhere for them so I was surprised to find them in this little on-the-way spot. The gentleman in the store was very personable and professional.”

“Lowest cost Premium in area that we run in our Audi RS 3, which is very picky about fuel quality. Poor gas pump area facilities, typically no paper towels and some pump data screens are very difficult to read due to poor indicator quality (dirty/badly scratched data screen). No problems with Premium gas quality. But have had quality problems with other Sunoco stations in the Winchester area, which our 2019 Audi RS 3 lets us know quickly with low octane or contaminated fuel causing knocking during hard acceleration! Other brand Premium fuels have caused 'knocking' problems, so use of Premium Sonoco is very necessary.”

“Three of us had breakfast there today. We had not been to Highpoint since the new owner had taken over. Each of us enjoyed our food. I ordered the western omelette and it was delicious. The peppers weren’t overcooked. The home fried were very tasty. There was good selection of bread to choose from for the toast. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back.”

“It's got the best Pizza in Front Royal and the wings are pretty good too. Like the other guy said, there isn't a lot of sauces that are served with it, but it's a convenience store. Half of the stuff he sells is beer! And if you really needed ranch, you can buy a bottle there. Personally I think ranch and pizza don't go together anyway.”

“5 star service at this Sheetz! Always. The employees are so wonderful but one in particular, a young man named Josh who works the desk and helps prepare food. He was such a blessing and absolutely went above and beyond for me, just a Sheetz customer he had never met. Excellent and exceptional customer service from him and all the others there.This has been my childhood Sheetz that I have been going to since I was just a little kid, since my parents lived out in Paris it was the closest convience store to us and we have been going consistently here for as long as I've been alive, 30+ years!! Never a bad experience and always a good employee-customer relationship at this one. It gets busy but that's because it's good and it's at a popular intersection of Waterloo, and people are commuting each and every way to work.Great place, excellent employees and will return! “Easy on and off from 81 with fast food places (Arby's, Taco Bell, KFC, Subway) nearby. Never have to wait for a pump and never more than one person ahead of me inside. Easier for me to get in and out of than Sheetz on the other side of the exit. Last trip I found a Flying Dog summer seasonal that has been sold out everywhere else. Expect hard to find southern hospitality in Northern Virginia. Friendly workers so if you are offended by being called "darlin" this may not be the place for you. The store has a good amount of items for the size but it is pretty narrow aisles and some junky things. Bathrooms are on the outside and can be pretty dirty at times. It'll continue to be a weekly stop for me on my way to WV.”

“There is this sweet woman who works third shift in the food station. She has cute braids and wears a really pretty lip gloss. I found out my auntie died the night before and was on the verge of a mental breakdown, I could barely walk in that store, without breaking down.She greeted me with a warm smile and made the best French fries. She ALWAYS makes ALL the food fresh but this time, she really cheered me up and made me not want to break down crying in the parking lot, like I was about to do. Thank you for always being so kind to me. You really made my terrible night, ten times better. Just for showing me kindness and always being so kind. I know I have terrible anxiety and can barely talk to people without stuttering or my hands shaking but she never causes me to have anxiety.The sweet woman with blonde hair, in a bun working third shift as cashier for main store, was so kind as well. I'm so floored at the kindness of the staff members. Thank you so much.”
“I searched the town for a gas station that had a car wash. This was the only station I found. Not only did they have a car wash, they also gave me .20 (20 cents) off per gallon for buying a wash with my gas purchase. Not a bad deal when you are getting 28 gallons of gas! If that doesn't knock your socks off I have one more little nugget of info for you...Not only do they sell gas and car washes... they sell LIVE BAIT too!”

“I went here to get a drink around 6pm on a Saturday and the store was clean, organized and well lit. The floor wasn't sticky like most 7-11s in the area. The young kid behind the desk was polite to everyone and efficiently helping everyone. I'm happy to see the mobile check out was working because last time I came in a few months back it was not. I did not get gas but I have to mention the gas area was clean, well lit and the garbage was taken care of. Over all great location.”

“I just had a very nasty experience here. After buying $208 worth of diesel, I then bought a gallon of DEF. But the top screw cover to the DEF, fell off when I was filling my tank, and the DEF spilled. The top screw cover was of a poor quality, I must say. I went in to tell the cashier and he asked me to get another gallon of DEF, which I did. After filling up my truck, I went back in to get some hot water and the water spilled on the floor and this cashier of a guy walked up to me and told me to leave.I left and as I was trying to get into my truck, he came out of the store and yelling for me to leave now or else he will call the police. He started taking pictures of my truck.That was when I got upset, because there was no other way I could rationalize his action, other than racism. I went back into the store, paid for the gallon of DEF, I had spilled, reported him to his manager, and declared I was not leaving the gas station unless I am ready to leave on my on volition. Then I demand he deletes the pictures of my truck that he had taken in my presence. He did. Then I left.”
