They were very nice and I understand that they are a learning school but I asked for blonde highlights and they bleached my whole head bc “It all needs to be one color”. It damaged my hair and now almost 8 months later i got several trims and dyed it back brown with no heat and i'm back to kinda normal I still have roughness and it was very hard on my hair and a long process. Again no disrespect to the owners or workers they were incredibly nice and they are still learning but I recommend going to a more experienced place for the job you really want done. ❤️

Had a great experience with Kaylee. She is currently a student with the school and doing a great job. She would check with the stylist instructor if she wasn't sure about something, which gave her more confidence that she was doing it right! I was very happy with my overall treatment and service. Everyone was very friendly. I had all over dye, shampoo, cut with layers and thinning. Thanks Kaylee ?

It was the worst experience ever. I got a bad haircut and color. I had to go to smart cut to get my hair cut fixed and the color I was left with bleach on my hair for 3 to 4 hours. My appointment was at 9am and I didn't leave until 340pm. Where the bleach was left so long on my hair I got chemical burns on my scalp. I will never be back. You can still see the bleach on my neck.

Had appointment on Thursday December 22nd, even called before and they said they would be open, got there at 9:45am and at 10:30 still nobody here, said they opened at 10am. What a freaking business!!!!! Heck the smoke shop gets more business than them, what a shame, all they had to say was they were going to be closed!!!!?

Let me start by saying that I am a retired beautician. I went to the beauty school to get a perm. I have very very thin fine hair and it is short. When the girl wrapped the hair, she put one strand of hair per rod and also did not use any papers. I ended up having five times the amount of rods in my hair that I should have. When the perm was done, I had ended up with an afro. When all I wanted was body. My hair was very uneven and after the cut all she did was trim it. I had a specifically request for her to go back and do an actual cut and even then it did not come out correct. Now I have short afro and 2 inches of split ends on most of my hair. The only way to correct it is to shave my head and let it regrow. That is not going to happen. The student that cut my hair and the instructor were very unprofessional. The instructor told the student this is how you wrap hair on one rod and then she sat down and watch TV for the rest of the perm.I highly highly do not recommend going to this facility. The only good thing that I can say about them is that for scheduling they fit my needs.

Worst experience I have ever had at a beauty school and I have gone to many over the years. I never saw an instructor. The student doing my hair obviously had very little experience and convinced me that she was using the correct size perm rods but I now have a horrible perm because she was wrong. Her 2-year-old child was allowed to be there with her and the whole staff had to watch this child in between the times when she left me to get the child out of something or other. At one point she was trying to do my hair while holding the child. Booming horrible pop music was so loud it shook the floor. Fans were blowing on the wet heads in the sinks, I guess to keep the workers cool. I could not wait to get out and will make sure that I recommend that no one I know will ever go this school for service.
