I have had both my lawn tractors repaired at Virginia Tractor.Both times they have went over and above my expectations.They showed me things I was not aware of and fixed things so they wouldn’t give me more problems down the road.Very courteous and quick. I will continue to use the 5 star rating service they provide.

I worked with Eileen Small, Virginia Tractor, on the purchase of my 2023 John Deere S-240 tractor. What a jewel. Great attitude, no pressure to sell, answers all my question an a valuable asset to John Deere equipment. Go see her and you will be very pleased.

I have been pleasantly happy with Carls service, knowledge, expertise and going above the call of duty. I plan on buying a new tractor soon. Warrenton Tractor will be my only stop.

Employees are rude as hell. Was yelled at when I approached the cashier without being instructed to do so. Extremely condescending people. Ordered a tractor seat, waited 6 months for the seat. Apron arrival was informed that the seat had been given to another customer because "they needed it more". Useless service department and miserable employees. Would rate lower if I could.

Had a hydraulic cylinder leak. I called Virginia Tractor and asked about parts and service to repair. I was quoted to expect $300 a cylinder all told. The cost came out to be less, much less, than quoted which would have been a pleasant surprise on its own. But that's not where they shined. The locking nut had cracked during reassembly, they did not tell me it was my bad, they simply replaced it as part of the original cost. I am a strong believer of do it yourself because nobody is going to care about your equipment like you do. But, Virginia Tractor is an exception to this rule, they put the care into their work and take pride in what they present.

Not sure about all the negative reviews, but so far my experience with VA Tractor Warrenton has been fine. I'm dropping a star because John Deere financing said I couldn't use their 1.9% financing since I applied using my farms name - I had to use their 3% financing. Not a huge deal. They delivered my lawn tractor and taught my wife and I how to run it. It was all set up, gassed and ready to go when it arrived. Everyone was friendly, I had no problems getting what I wanted. Yeah folks, inflation, taxes and the tax and spend politicians you elect to office will cause everything to rise in price.
