My boyfriend went in on May 24th 2024 , and he wanted to say how everyone is always so cheerful , and kind , and ready to help solve any issue he may have , And it is every time ! Thank you for making his visits easy every time he goes ! Big shout out to you guys!

If I could give you zero stars I would!! One of the worst banks ever. I had an emergency last year with my car and was able to turn on overdraft in an instant and get my car fixed, then another time I was able to overdraft because I was moving, but now that my baby cays life was at risk and needed to overdraft again I wasn't allowed to. They do not care about their customers or their family and my cats are like my children and should be able to get the treatment they need. Yet again I wasn't allowed to overdraft so I could get my baby cat the medical attention he needed. So I opened another bank account with a different bank and was able to overdraft and get my cat they surgery they needed. I will be closing this account soon and telling everyone I know plus publicly posting the fact that this bank does not care about their customers!!

Do Not Get This Bank Bryan Will Lie To You In Your Face And They Will Hold Your Checks You Cash For Two Weeks , Jake Is The Only Person In The Office That Will Truly Help You And Make Sure You Get What You Are Needing But This Is The Worst Bank I Ever Dealt With I Cashed Two Checks With Them And Is Waiting For Them To Even Hit My Account

I created an online account, it was extremely easy. Went into the branch to make a deposit and get my debit card (i recommend picking up in branch because you can get it asap vs waiting for the 5-7 day shipping). She was very nice and quick with the process! Would definitely recommend.

This is the worse branch ,on Saturday only one teller Iam waiting for over 40 minutes and she still with one costumer .This is ridiculous!
