Worse experience ever!!!!I went to withdraw money and unfortunately they gave me fake money and I didn't realize it until after I came back and they couldn't help me I don't understand how a bank can have fake money ????

We have been with WF for several years and have been pleased with service on both the banking side of the house and the investing side, Wells Fargo Advisors.

Worse experience ever. Went into branch to ask a question on a fraud transaction. Kid told me call 1-800 number cause he couldn't help me and banker was busy all day. Asked to make appt and he said she busy all day. I asked if he could at least look at my transaction and finally he had me out my debit card in and then immediately said sorry can't help you call 1-800 number. When did that branch become worthless and non caring ?

After dealing with this branch for 20+ years I was told for the first time today that Lori is in fact not short for Laura as Beth is for Elizabeth. I was also told that there is no definitive list as to what names are acceptable as abbreviated nicknames. Guess it's determined daily. If it's not your day don't try to cash a check!

Do not go here I literally sat in a Drive-Thru line for 52 minutes. It's extremely painful going here they need to fire everybody and start from scratch I am closing three account said I've had here for almost 18 years

It is 100% impossible to speak directly to a branch employee by phone. There are other financial institutions that do not make it anywhere this difficult for assistance. Totally unsatisfactory.

I'm really upset because I just deposited a business loan and three times we said is going in the business account and they had the business card but they put it in my personal account. Now I'm going to have to go in there and untangle this mess.

Not extremely happy about the charges on my account since covid hit, lost my job and can't keep the minimal amount due to that and now charged left and right. Navy fed here I come!

This is the only branch I have ever been required to show three different forms of identification just to cash my personal check written on my Wells Fargo account. I felt more like a criminal than a customer.

Fantastic bank. Everyone is super friendly. They all know my name and greet me personally each time. I always feel welcomed and they do their absolute best every time. I have been a client for 20+ and will always keep my personal and business accounts there.

Tellers are friendly but even if there are only 2 customers, there is always a wait. I've never seen more than one teller open. I deposit business deposits each week. Takes 10-15 to process them. Someone else is waiting that entire time. I feel bad for them. Hire some help!
