This UPS store wants you to pay for tape, at $8.00, to tape up one small box. Price gouging for sure. You are a packaging and shipping store, and you should have that available to your customers. I have never heard of this at any other store. I will not go back to this location, and I do not recommend this UPS store. I would give you a zero star if I could.

Angela helped me today to print and pack an Amazon return. Although she was by herself and it was busy, she was very patient and took me through the necessary steps. Thank you Angela for making my visit a very pleasant experience.

The Best UPS Store around. Dont take the reviews of all the stupid people who expect the owners of this store to come out of their own pockets and provide tape and packaging for their return. Those customers clearly couldn’t read the instructions on Amazon.
I have been in the store and witnessed these customers rant about issues that were related to Amazon or Verizon or whatever company they are trying to return something to, and I understand why they were in that situation, they were simply, not smart people.
Just remember, you are not special, and these store owners owe you nothing more than good service. And they always go above and beyond and provide Great service… and yes I have had to buy an $8 roll of packaging tape…when I have around ten rolls at home. It is what it is, and I purchased it with a smile. They could not have sold any and I would have been up a creek and had to drive all the way home and then back again, as I had to ship my return still.
So to the owners…Thank you, I love coming into this store and have been doing so for almost two decades now. To all you Tape forgetting, non-instruction reading people out there, get a job and give every customer who walks in the door a quarter and see what it’s like to watch your business fail. Supply and demand is a great thing. Dont be rude or a racist to people who are better and kinder than you, and just running their business. When they are gone and you have to drive further away to get to the next closest store, I am sure you will complain to that store owner about how much more gas you had to use to get there, and blame that on them too.

I went into this location today to return 2 packages from Amazon. The guy from India was extremely rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. He needs to be deported back to India. Anyone reading this do yourself a BIG FAVOR go to another UPS store.

Owner was rude and unhelpful. He said tape needed to be purchased for a retail return that included box and label. I would recommended other UPS stores in the area.

Absolutely insane the owners here charge you to tape the box. Went in with an Amazon return, (which I have done probably over 1,000 times, thanks to the wife) and she said it will be 5 dollars for her to tape it for me or I can buy a roll and do it my self for $7.89. This is the only UPS store I have ever been to that does this. You are a packing and shipping store, that is quite literally your job! Then after saying I was not paying to have it taped, she explained that that issue was between me and Amazon. DO NOT COME HERE take the extra 5 minutes to go somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible store. Definitely drive farther to a different one. The people who own this store obviously work there every day and are extremely rude. It seems like they don’t want to pay to have employees and yet they absolutely hate working there.

My high school aged daughter had an amazon return that could only be done at a UPS store location (or kohls) they charged her $7 to tape a small box. She did not know better and paid the $7 . Lesson learned . She should have left and taped at home. I can understand .50 or $1 but not $7. I would not recommend this location . This is price gouging and unfortunately they get away with it! Good life lesson for my daughter !

There was no customer service. Rude and not helpful at all. I will never be subjected to that store again. I’d give a zero if I could.
