They have the worst delivery ever. I see why Fed Ex is beating them all around the board. I ordered two pair of shoes through the Nike outlet it said it would be here Wednesday August 21st by 7pm then I get an email the day before and it said it’s coming that next day get excited but then when Wednesday came I get another update saying the arrival will be Thursday August 22nd by 7pm due to bad weather and I wake up today and got another update asking me all the information that they already have but no way to contact them again to give them the info again then another update saying delivery tomorrow the 23rd by 7pm and now I’m giving the run around SMH

I AM SUPER UPSET AND VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a memorial blanket for my niece for the puppy she had to put to sleep about 3 weeks ago now. I received a picture notification that it was outside my door only to check and it wasn't there. When I looked back at the picture again I noticed that the carpet in the picture under the package was brown and the carpet in my hallway of my apartment is blue meaning that it was delivered incorrectly. I tried calling the customer service number and couldn't get a live person so I filled a claim. I never heard from anyone and went online to check for response only to see that my claim has been closed!! No one ever contacted me and I still don't have my blanket that I ordered so now I'm out of my money paid too. This is so unprofessional. YOUR driver made the mistake delivering to the wrong house and no one is owning up to this or even trying to correct this wrong.

POS customer service. UPS HQ does not have a policy for the package to be picked up from an access point. People cannot take leave from work to receive a package that needs signature confirmation. Nor do they deliver on Weekends. If you pay them $19.99, for their subscription, suddenly they don't need sender's permission to deliver or pick up from an access point. This whole drama is a SCAM to make people pay for their mychoice garbage. UPS driver attempting to deliver the package 3 times or I picking it up from their warehouse location, which one do you think is economical otherwise? Moreover, you need to spend an hour with their bot when you call them to talk to a rep. Then once you get connected, your call will be answered by somebody who has a banana in their mouth who will do nothing. And after another hour, and if you are lucky enough, they will connect your call to a real American English-speaking rep, who will take care of the issue.

When I called for help, I was never directed to a real person. I have a tracking number that said my packages were delivered to an auto parts store for pick up, but the auto parts store never received it. I saw the UPS system used by the store and they were right, they never received the package. This is the second time with the SAME package that UPS completely failed to do their job - track and deliver the package. And I can’t call a human being to help with the problem, unfortunately. Looks like I’m done giving them my business.
