I wish zero stars was an option.
Traveled from out of state not to specifically visit this store but our search led us here. I wish I had read the reviews, we would have NEVER went there. We entered no greeting or acknowledgement, only by a customer exiting as we entered which we thought worked there.
There was a couple being assisted by the associate with the "hawaiian" style shirt and then an older gentleman with suspenders behind the counter. My husband and I browsed for a bit about 10 minutes or so. In the meantime another gentleman entered the store and was assisted by the older gentleman. He then exited, followed by the couple a short time later after a purchase and much conversation with the associate. We waited for a few minutes to see if now that neither was occupied if we would get a greeting or an offer for assistance...nope didn't happen. We then decided to leave the store after giving sufficient time and my husbands 10 second countdown to offer either (we were visible at the front of the store). Upon our exit as we opened the door the older man with the suspenders says "Have a good day". This is the ONLY acknowledgement we received.
The sevice was so bad I immediately searched reviews and with confirmation of our feelings every single 1 star review about service is the TRUTH piss poor at best but only to a certain group of people. Military friendly... yeah right. My husband served both Navy and Army all to be treated like this.
If this was the only store in the world that carried the product we needed we will just go without. The discrimination was loudest without saying a single word. Buyer beware you've been warned.

This store has more rifles on the wall labeled "not for sale" then they are willing to sell. Strange business practice. opening a store and not selling things doesn't seem like a great way to keep the lights on. Asked if they had any SKS rifles that they could sell. The gentleman said they have some but they're not selling them right now. Do y'all hate money or is this just a weird flex?

Super rude and unwelcoming, and strange, all employees. They say nothing when you walk in even though there's a guy sitting right inside the door. I said hello, he said nothing. They look at you like they hate you. You can barely see the guns through the scratched up glass display cases, only the top row is visible, and barely. You can't read the scribbled tags on the guns. After a few mins of me browsing their inventory, a guy says "Caan I hellllp youuu?" In a strange tone, as if they aren't used to people browsing their inventory. Just a very strange place. Highly suggest you take your business to Superior Pawn and Gun or Freedom Outdoors instead. The Armory, and Bob's Gun Shop, are both run by rude, stuck up people who clearly don't want new customers.
