Your recent Money Matters commercials are annoying and insulting. The information you present is elementary and implies that average person knows very little about finances. The average person does not need you to tell them how to manage retirement or choose insurance. After reading your reviews on Facebook, it is highly likely you should focus on improving customer service and spend less money and time on producing commercials.
