HORRIBLE SERVICE.... Walked in at 1:45 four people in pedicure chairs... asked for a fill in (my fault I didnt ask for a time)... Sat for an hour fifteen minutes. Again my fault. I watched Emma run between two the four in pedicure chairs. Once she started my fill in she stopped THREE Times to help other customers. One to do his pedicure his manicure in a 20 min Frame that was fast. It was at this point I knew she was going to rush finishing my nails. Stopped again to help an elderly lady! Then went to start a manicure. By this time I'm over it! Finally Emma comes back and sure enough she tries to rush doing my nails. I tell her she's rushing her words this how I do nails... no ma'am this is a rush job... I have coffin shaped nails... I have no idea what shape I left with. She was rude petty and argumentative She even brought other customers in to what was said trying to get sympathy!.... no customer service skills at all.... Emma can take her 22 years of experience, she kept saying over and over again, and figure out where she went wrong in serving customers! BTW I walked out at 3:50

I’ll never go there again, it was my first time going there yesterday Saturday to get my nails done , I wanted to give it a try coz it’s close to where I work at and wanted to give it a try and see if I like the place, but after I finished I asked to use the bathroom she asked me to go to Harris-teeter was really confused, then I was like ok no problem im just not coming back here again. Wanted to share my experience to show them that they can’t take people as dummies they should be professional talk correctly and respect their customers if they need people to come back hopefully they won’t do that again with other customers, for me not going there anymore .

Always do such a great job and lovely people :). They recently have redone the inside as well. Their tables have gel lights on each side and makes it convenient when getting a mani. Highly recommend!

Worst place ever. Water wasn't even like warm. Feet weren't even the water for 7 mins. Rough spots are still on .my feet and half of my toes aren't painted all the way. Don't waste your moneyService: Pedicure

Great prices. The sisters give you quality care regardless if you tip small. But they deserve a decent tip!Always friendly and willing to fit a walk-in/call on short notice if they have time.Love the deluxe, the massage chairs and their prices.

First time to this salon I was very disappointed in the service that I received I called the made an appointment in the schedule for an appointment and they gave me one price and when I was paying and received the service it was a different price the tech Emma made a mistake on the color and I was very disappointed and I had to pay for her to correct her mistake, this was the first time I went to this business and it is the last time then they were rude talking in their native language and that was so rude while taking care of the clientsServices: Acrylic nails

You can call and call and call and try and make an appointment and if you're lucky they'll pick up the phone. I've tried to give this place a fair shot numerous times so numerous I don't know why I try to go back.

I liked that this salon is very accommodating to what you want done. It's great for like a quick fill in. They do their best to do designs but mostly do your standard manicures and pedicures

I got a full set of acrylics for my birthday/Easter. This was my first time getting acrylics at Q Nails. The woman who did them was quick, kind, and she did an excellent job. I've been here several times throughout the years, and have always left happy with my nails! I'll come back soon! <3
