new to this area and was trying to find a bank to put my money in. Lady they had me talk to was very into herself and as far as I am concerned really didn't give a darn. yes, I am older but that should not make a difference. She kept talking about young people want this and not that. You stuck up snob, have you not learned anything about PR? I told her (in a very nice tone) that I didn't feel this was the right bank for me. She said nothing in return. This is a band that I definitely will not turn to nor will I tell anybody to do their banking here.

A solution center? No way! It's a problem center. What bank will not allow you to make a deposit, as an individual, or as a business in their branches? PNC! There are way better options in this pathetic business model.

Worst pnc branch to go to , manerger is very rude , sat here for 2 hrs with one person in line , eveytime i come in here always an issue.

They want to charge $64 to cash a check drawn on their bank. That should be criminal. Flat fee of $12 or $15 is reasonable. Recommend opening an account somewhere else that doesn't gouge customers. Also, only certain locations take cash deposits or cash checks.

As part of closing their drive through tellers, your forced to walk in, be greeted upon entry, escorted to either an office or if your lucky, a teller, for even the simplest transaction. It’s like walking into an appliance store or car dealership. We go to the Great Neck branch at every opportunity.

Ask for Kai Parks (Elizabeth) she and her Team helped me with my request and went above and beyond. They are doing all the extra precautions and were still able to help squeeze me in an appointment on my crazy rush lunch break hour. Thanks so much for the help.

This branch has gone down in customer service. I’ve banked with PNC for 5 years and wouldn’t recommend this Bank to anyone after today. Disappointed with the bank.

This is a very bad bank if i could give them no stars i would. Telling my wife her check was fraudulent beacuse i guess the broke tellers never seen a check that big and held my wife in a room for one hour and had the nerve to say that they would call the cops. I wish they would have, they would have looked so stupid. She had all the papers that went with the check also. Not my problem if they dont get big checks and this is a bank? Should turn it into a fast food restaurant. My wife and i are taking our money elsewhere.

I would NEVER bank here!!! Very rude bank teller. I went to cash a check (this is not my bank but was the bank for the issuer of my check) and was told I was being charged a fee and when I asked why he was extremely rude. He started talking over me while I was still standing there to try to have a conversation with the next person in line who was still filling out forms. Worst customer service ever!!!
