Holland Road Branch of Navy Federal. Today I tried to conduct business. Their time to closed is listed as 2:00 p.m. I tried to open their door at 1:45 p.m. it was locked. I could see the workers inside. And a few cars outside. If you are going to stop customers from conducting their business at 1:45 p.m. Your hours should reflect the true time, and not hinder the customer from being seen. This is not only unprofessional, but disrespectful to your customer. And no, it was not alot of cars in the parking lot. So they can not say, they usually number of customers, so they locked the door. Smh....I will be back next Sat. to do a review.

I think her name is Annette, she was not happy to be there today. She isn't a knowledgeable teller. She didn't even smile while all the other tellers were happy taking care of their customers in front of them. She never asked for my decision, she just flat out decided for me. I just realized it when I left the bank and got so upset at her. I have to go back to her to have her correct what she did to me, waste of my time and gas.If she takes good care of other customers, then Annette is cherry-picking --- against old people with foreign accents.

Staff is very judgmental and talks about customers and there situations if they are trying to deposit a big check. Navy fed is great but don’t go to this location, the old head ladies will gossip and everyone is rude there. 0/10 location

I went in this past Friday to cash a check and deposit another and had my 4 children with me. Annette made it all such a wonderful experience. She was patient with my children asking a million questions amd also very understanding that my mind was scattered having them all there. This is my first time at this branch and because of her superb service this will now be my home branch. Annette, if you see this, you made my day with your welcoming demeanor!-The Tooth Fairy

Honestly I forgot of the young man that helped me that day! But not only was he great and helpful! He was so amazing and his customer service on point! I remember his name started with a B! He not only explained everything to me but he made sure I was able to get what I needed. Thank you so much! Def a great branch

The staff sails above the normally high standards Navy Fed sets. They are incredibly helpful and never fail to have great attitudes. When I bought my car I was frazzled as all get out and the lady I got walked me through each place I had to sign and had me take a breath because I was in good hands. She made my experience exactly what it should have been. Enjoyable.

I just had the BEST experience with a teller named Shirley. She showed me how to request a cashier’s check using the app and she was so pleasant, polite, and professional during my entire visit. I adore this branch and I’ll definitely return here whenever I need assistance or banking. Thank you for such a great conversation, Shirley! You brightened my whole day!

I have been a proud member of NFCU for 35 years. My experience with them over the weekend is why I will never leave! I wanted to purchase a new car. The car dealership could only offer 4.9 for 72 months on a new car loan. I called NFCU on a Saturday at 12:30 and was able to apply for and get approved for a lower interest rate all within 30 minutes. It took me longer to find a NFCU branch then the whole loan process! The representatives are also friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in my household are members and are very satisfied with their experiences with NFCU! Thank you NFCU you set the standard in credit unions! Outstanding service and always a friendly customer experience!

I went in to open a new account. They told me to go outside to get info from my car and went back to them. They told me they can't let me in due to there "security" policy. They told me to go outside just so they wouldn't help me. Spoke to the manager and she didn't even care all they cared about was getting off worst service ever!!!

Would have given 5 had I not watched one of your back room employees who seemed to be a manager openly flirt with a client who was making a banking transaction with one of your desk clerks. Watching her bat her eyes , talk slick and use her straw in the cup was drinking out of like it was a toy while conversating wasn't just disgusting but pretty darn unprofessional. She couldn't have made it more obvious that they've either already had relations or she wanted to. Seriously get a room.

This is the closest Navy Federal Credit Union to me. I've been inside a handful of times to get gift cards. But mostly I am at the atm as all of my transactions can be done there. This location doesn't get crazy busy which is nice. The only downfall is there is no drive thru like most others. With three kids usually in tow I try to take advantage of the locations that do have one. Location is very clean and orderly.

A very good financial institution. Their staff is courteous and friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
