My partner had an extremely disappointing encounter at this establishment on 10/523, while seeking information about debt consolidation. We were deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by Chianne.
During the visit, my partner hoped to receive assistance and guidance on debt consolidation, given the sensitive nature of the topic. However, instead of finding the support and professionalism one would reasonably expect, he was met with a distressing situation. Chianne not only failed to provide helpful information but also displayed a remarkable lack of empathy, manners, and professionalism.
It is our belief that individuals working in sensitive fields, should prioritize compassion and courtesy in their interactions with customers. They should understand that each customer's situation is unique, and it is not their place to pass judgment or engage in ridicule.
We want to emphasize that your employees do not possess knowledge of the personal battles and challenges that customers may be facing. Therefore, it is of utmost importance for them to approach every inquiry with understanding and respect.

Both my wife and I are veterans and currently like many other families are struggling to stay afloat financially with the way the economy has been declining over the last several years. While I understand that capitalism is a mechanism for the wealthy to get wealthier and everyone else to become more subservient to that elite class I don’t understand how a financial institution that is suppose to pride itself on taking care of veterans and their families can look me in the face and tell me that we are struggling financially too much to be approved for any kind of assistance or help. Any bank that the tellers judge a book by its cover is no bank for me they looked at me and didn't want to cash a 50 dollar check that a customer wrote me for fixing her electrical they had me stand at the teller for over 45 minutes trying to verify the check they never did get ahold of her but they finally cashed my check anyway I make very good money 2 to 3000 a week and need a bank but this is why I don't I just keep it in a safe the world would be a better place if there wasn't people like that

They will not cast their check if you are not a member. Right now with the hard time everyone is having you would think they would have their act together and cash their own check. This is why I will never bank with navy federal.

Excellent customer service! Everyone is always so nice but the drive thru situation is a nightmare. This is due to them having one teller running both lanes and it causes a huge backup. I’m usually in line for an hour when this happens. Went here today and saw another backup and drove to the red mill location and I was in and out in 5 minutes due to them having a teller at each lane. Please fix this drive thru problem, I love everything else about this branch.
