Opened a new account, received my debit card, called the number they give you to activate, and the number "is not in service" REALLY. I'll be closing this account before I even use it and switch to another bank. It's ridiculous things like this that is unacceptable for a banking institution. They cannot be taken seriously, and this is a warning to me for what lays ahead. I can do without the aggravation.

I can't speak for this specific location, but the bank I used was sold to Dollar Bank and it has been the worst experience I've had with a bank since Bank of America. They appear to be misrepresenting or outright lying about their interest rates. Online it says 2% for savings up to $20k. I was getting that for the first 2 months of the "acquisition". Suddenly my rate dropped to .00008%. The website is terrible, and customer support is near non existent with multiple hour wait to talk to a human. 57 callers in line ahead of me.Moving my money out ASAP.AVOID.And check your accounts if you have this bank, you may not be receiving your interest.

The atmosphere is different from all other banks. The employees are all very helpful and personable.Switched from big commercial bank to this smaller type and am very pleased. Haygood is my favorite but I have been to several others. Each is more personal and customer friendly.They do a great job.

Went there to open a business account I had trouble obtaining my articles. I called to have them emailed to me which they said it was sent. Instead of waiting for me to receive the email they asked me to leave my seat and wait in the lobby because they could no longer continue. My articles were literally being emailed to me as they said that. There was one customer at the teller and the manager and another banker were available to help that client. I’m a banker myself and I’ve never in my life would ask someone to get out the seat after I’ve started my business with them. Terrible service!!

Stay far away from this bank. They will nickel and dime you. Their app is beyond horrible. They never save your log in name on the app and they don't offer fingerprint login for the app. Customer service is a joke. Can't transfer money on their app. It's January and I still haven't received my bank card and that was back in October of 2019
