This is what a $55 dip will get you at this place. A first time client and first dip experience. The man who did my nails, told me I wasn't getting a manicure just a dip and would not take care of cuticle. Was very rough with the file and electrical sander to the point it hurt badly when taking the gel mani I had off. I asked why it was sticky underneath and he said, " just wash your hands!" He was on the speaker phone discussing personal business and not professional. I would never go back to this establishment.

Wouldn't recommend at ALL. The two men that did my mother and I's nails were rude. We both got dip powder and had to ask for a tool to remove the dip powder that was lodged underneath our nails after the service. (after putting on the sealant to seal it, that's why we had to dig it out) Had to dig it out because it was done sloppy and too fast. We asked if they could do it (because we understand safety/ cleanliness rules) but they seemed extremely irritated so we did it ourselves. At the check out, he said it was an additional $5 to take off previous nail polish. I said that was a little ridiculous but ok, he said "not ridiculous" in a snarky tone. In my opinion, that should be included in the price of the nails. Why is it additional? Makes no sense....Go somewhere else that's less expensive, better service, and kinder nail techs that don't rush you out the door.

I have really brittle nails from chemo & radiation. I cannot open a door on my truck without breaking my nail below the quick. Hence why my nails are so short. Only solution is to protect them. I called Cozy nails about 30 minutes before they closed and explained the situation. They said, "No problem, we will take care of you." I walked in and Alina confirmed I just needed gel added to my nails. I looked over and noticed that her purse and lunch pail had been sat down to stop and take care of me. She was polite. She smiled. She made sure I was happy with my color choice. I'm giving her five stars because the place is really clean and they stopped what they were doing on a holiday weekend to address my needs.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! When I arrived I was asked if I wanted gel polish. I responded that I wanted regular. The technician pointed to a rack on the wall and asked to select a color. While having my nails prepped I observed another rack of colors behind the tech. I asked if they were gel colors and she replied, no it was regular polish. There wee several more color options on this wall. When I asked why these weren't offered as an option I was ignored. I chose to change my color option after washing my hands to one of the colors on the second rack. The technician shook her head and pointed to my original color choice. I found that rather odd and told her no, I wanted the second one I selected. She began mumbling to herself and shaking her head. She painted one nail and asked again if I wanted that color. I again affirmed and she shook her head and mumbled again. If that wasn't bad enough, after getting a pedicure and being placed at the drying station (45 minutes later) my nails still were not dry. The polish was very soft and tacky. When I informed my technician, she said that it was because she had applied 3 coats of polish. Lies!! I was in the salon for an hour and 45 minutes and my nails were still not dry. Fingers nor toes. That was on Saturday. Today is Monday and I can still make a dent in the polish with one of my other nails. I have prints from my bedsheets on them!! STILL. Your polish is OLD!!! Take my advice and stay far, far away from this salon. Per state law, salons are supposed to use a new loofa and emery board on each customer because these supplies are porous. Calling state board pronto!!!
Nope! The only time I removed my hands from the drying station was for the technician to attempt to use the quick drying spray on my nails. That nor the oil you used worked. Just so I'm clear, how many days does it actually take for 3 coats of polish to fully dry? Went to another salon today and purposely had them apply 3 coats plus a top coat. I left 20 minutes afterwards with completely dry nails. No disrespect to the technician, i wish her the best on her journey to learn English. You (owner) Do better!! Update your products and if a client is unhappy give them what THEY want to fix it

I love Cozy Nails! All of the people are so friendly and so welcoming! Wonderful at their jobs! Tyra happens to be my manicurist and does a lovely job! I love them

See Vincent! I was a walk in & even though Vincent had limited time, he did a thorough & pretty pedi on my toes & feet! The vibe in the shop is relaxing & comfortable. Very reasonably priced too. Thank you Vincent & Cozy Nails

I’m really, really disappointed. I came here on Saturday because the reviews were good and I couldn’t get into my regular salon because they were booked. This is one of the worst sets of nails I’ve ever had. The shape is not good, she didn’t apply the gel polish thick enough, so it is all see through and it’s only been FOUR days and there is a chunk missing out of my thumb nail! Extremely disappointing!!!!

Vincent did my fingers and toes and he was seriously meticulous! He really took his time and took pride in his craft. I highly recommend the salon as it is super clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I will be returning :)
