Poor customer service, unfriendly staff, and long wait times. They tried to charge my mom a fee without her knowledge or consent. Not ideal banking experience. Definitely bank elsewhere!

How does this place still exist? 30 minute wait in teller line. Seems no one there has ever actually worked in a bank or know how to do simple things like activate a card. Then told I need to go to another line to close an account. Stuck in the 1900s....have a few hours available for this fiasco.

I came in to open a checking account. There was an issue on my end. I called to get help. I waited 15 minutes on hold to be told someone would call me back. No one ever returned my call. I went to another branch and my questions and problem were solved in 15 minutes. I am very disappointed with the service I received.

This bank is terrible, it's always super slow and never, ever enough people working. If you are anywhere near a different branch, you should go there instead.

I waited in line for 15 minutes to cash a check. When I finally got to the teller, they said that they needed an override. They asked me to have a seat and they would call me up to the front of the line when it was ready. 20 minutes later, I just went back to get my check from them. So terrible.

6 hours a day is all most locations around me are operating at. So if you work you will never get in.

This branch is always slow. They only have one teller every time I go and there is no sense of urgency. The one teller always triple checks herself to slow down the process even though she's been working there for a long time. Also DONT ask for my debit card when I'm giving you my ID! Wouldn't give you an ID if i had the a debit card which I know would make it faster for both of us. DONT ask me about direct deposit cause if I wanted to do that I would be waiting in line for a minimum of 20 minutes every time I go to this branch. There have been plenty of time I've walked out after waiting for a long time because I would be late to pick up my kids. I'm

Great place with great associates! Needed help with my account and Kurtiss Smith branch manager really went above and and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Awesome person who takes pride in his establishment. 5 star service

I have worked with Christopher Arthur since May 2022 to apply for a mortgage loan. He make sure that every single step of the way to go smoothly. I will work with Christopher again if I ever looking another property in the future.

A 1.7 rating? I'm surprised it's not in the negative. They have archaic banking practices. The check I was written wasn't in their "system". They told me to reach out to the entity who wrote the check. I did. I used a modern invention called the phone and called the folks who issued the check. The manager refused to speak with them and refused to cash said check even though the issue was on BoA's end. I can't wait till this branch is closed and the garbage manager is back working fast food and giving horrible service where she belongs. Wherever she ends up though please let me know because I wouldn't eat there if you paid me just like I wouldn't bank at BoA if you paid me. Do better!

Simply the WORST! I can see I am not the only person complaining.So they close the drive through sometime ago forcing you to go inside but now they only have one teller at any given time and the line can extends around the back of the bank sometimes causing waits of almost an hour. You would think when they see this they would open up another teller but they don't. I've been with this bank since they were Nations bank with my personal and business accounts and it just seems like there service has gone down hill but yet there fees just increase, I reached out to corporate to complain and the response I received was "I could use the ATM for quick service" or find another branch. Why not just address the problems that this branch has.Really considering on just taking my business elsewhere because even their corporate office doesn't seem to care about its customers.

This place is slow as hell and the reason ill never bank with them, ive been next in line 20 minutes with tellers shuffling papers doing nothing, im beginning to think life is a simulation... the woman behind me says all of them are slow.

Imagine that, a BANK that can’t afford to have employees there until the sign posted time of 5pm, instead closing at 4pm daily. How is anyone that works a full time job supposed to do anything bank related during the week? Take the sign off the window that says you’re open until 5pm if it isn’t true.
