I have bought 10 neon tetras from this store and after 2 days I realized that they have ich disease(white spots). All of them plus my other 20 neon tetras all dead:( in 5 days after this purchase.

Lovely staff and location. We took dog training classes here with Eric for about 6 months (advanced through AKC GCC certification). Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible with the trainings and understanding of each individual dog’s needs. Highly recommend.

Thus location was very accommodating. I saw a product in-store that was more than the product on the website. I ordered the product on the site and was advised that the store would be closing in 15 minutes and my order would be availablethe next day. I was able to take my email confirmation to the register and show the cashier that I had purchased the item already and she was able to provide the item to me. I was impressed with her service.

Super friendly staff! They also have a groomer, adoption center, aquatic things and dog trainings. I go to this location all the time. Eric the dog trainer is awesome and really helpful in the store as well.

I went in on Sunday, June 9, 2024 to look for a dog tracker. but I needed it for iPhone, I couldn't find it... and I left when the cashier, who is an older lady, came out behind me under the pretext of the door but what she really wanted was to see me. handbag that I was carrying, I invited Petco to check the cameras and see my tour of her store. I am Hispanic. But my money is as valuable as you are with your business, but I swear not to enter that store anymore. because it really is annoying and embarrassing that someone does that

When you look up “great employee” in the dictionary, you’d find William as the definition. Great customer service and efficiency in finding multiple items for me while I was working my InstaCart orders. Give that man a raise.

Well, Susan is not someone you want to see at Petco Vienna. She clearly demonstrated that customers do not mean anything. Perhaps she should stick to work in the back of the house where she doesn't need to interact with customers. Overall this store is usually good. Today's experience was sadly very poor because of the interaction witnessed from Susan. I feel this review was necessary in hopes that local management may exercise some corrective action to improve the level of service from Susan.

Employees seem to have low morale leading to bad customer experience. No one bothers to greet or ask if they can help. I am intentionally leaving out further details because I don't want anyone losing their job. Petco should be able to generate much more business from this store with better training.

Staff are very friendly!! I also want to thank Cindy in the Pet Grooming sector, she is incredible, goes above and beyond with my doggo, and is just the sweetest human being.

Very rude and mean lady employee , customer service is terrible, they never help , you ask help in fish department no one help you! She is so lazy and rude. Refuses to sell !!! She doesn’t wear name tag! I asked her Name refused to give! I am not sure why she is working there to scare the customers away?
Pet I do yourself a favor and hire some customer friendly employee that willing to sell , perhaps she doesn’t know her job description is a sales person !!!!

This is the worst pet grooming. My puppy is very depressed because they removed all his hair without getting back to me. I will never deal again with this. They are not honest at all. Worst service

After going to private groomers, I thought I would give petco a chance. What a mistake. Grooming is sooo expensive, why? They charge for products and nail cut. On other grooming services when you take your dog for a cut, nail and sanitary areas are all included. I just paid $80 for a bath, sanitary trim and nail cut! Never ever going there again. My Leo now has an uneven hair cut and hair sticking out.
