Koons is one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. Ashraf was straightforward on coming to a price with me on the phone. Ashraf picked me up at the airport (I flew from Pittsburgh PA to Tysons VA to pick up the car). And Ashraf was super knowledgable in helping me set up all of the electronic aspects on my new Prius Prime (it's basically a computer on wheels).

Ok, BUYER BEWARE. Once they have your money, they want to forget about you as a customer. I spent more than 70k and figuring they would want the repete business when we buy the camry next. I went through a similar experience when I was asking about my second key a few months ago.But they will not get back in contact with you. I sent the forms in on August 7th to cancel my gap insurance. Never heard if they received my forms or any follow-up. It is now the 30th of August, and I can not get anyone to call me back or answer my email. I have left messages over the last 2 weeks and emails. Today, on the 30th, I was able to call Toyota directly and verify that the gap was canceled. The check was sent to koons and not me for 454.90. I have called and left messages today at 12:28, 1:34, and 4:14, no call back. No email back. Went online and asked for someone to contact me as well, with no answer. They might be the biggest but are not good at customer service. This is a lot of wasted time on my behalf just to get ignored. I would not recommend them off the poor customer service alone. They went from 5 stars to one. If I could go negative stars at this point, I would. I hope you get better service than me.
Ok, 3 days, no call back. I tried today, September 3rd at at 1:49pm. and 4:32 p.m., with no answer. Left a message no call back still. Amar Rana I should not need to contact you directly. If someone would check messages, it would be very easy to figure out who I am. This is just a joke at this point. I will keep trying and keep updating. Very poor customer service!!!!! ?

Not only was the service great and the facilities welcoming, Marlo Garcia was a standout salesperson. He made the experience very comfortable and welcoming without pressuring us. We had been to many other dealerships, including another Toyota dealership, but the service and deal that we saw convinced us to buy the same day. Overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Marlo to my friends and family.
