I bought 4 cigars house blend without a brand from the store located at 8150 Leesburg Pike Vienna Va. These cigars were wrapped so tight that the air was not going through. I went back to return, and started to look on the different shelves, but the guy said I should choose from the same are the unbranded or house blend are located. I didn't want to take a risk again. So I got the money back for 3 cigars, but not the one I half smoked that I couldn't finish. The guy gave me a hard time. I'll never go back there again

Really like this shop. It's small and there's no smoking area, but they have a really good selection and fair prices. Staff is always helpful with good recommendations. They just redid the entire store and it looks great too

My girlfriend, who has zero knowledge on cigars, went to this shop to pick up some cigars for me. I told her what to get based on their website, and was met with texts after she had left the shop saying that the two men working had continuously made her feel uncomfortable her entire visit by checking her out, and giving her a hard time over her lack of knowledge. She left the store flustered and unsure of her purchases, feeling as though she had been overcharged, because she was just trying to leave and get away from the employees. I can honestly say I won't be coming back here, nor will I tell anyone to ever go here, since the employees can't handle themselves appropriately long enough to help someone make a purchase confidently, and without feeling like a piece of meat.
