Terrible!!! Not only bones in my chopped up bacon. My son was eating the loin and bit a bullet!!! Why would a bullet be in the loin!!!! This was the worst experience we have had. Don’t GO HERE!!!!

The literal worst butchering job I’ve ever encountered. We could not even eat the ground beef, because of the ligament and bone that was present. I wasted hundreds of dollars on this cow. If I could give zero stars to this processor, I would. Go elsewhere.

Very poor experience. We were given no care or respect as a customer. We were given an animal other than our own. Do not recommend.
