Stacy is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with and I've worked with quite a few. She is engaged, knowledgeable and did everything possible to make the whole process as easy as possible for me. She tried to minimize how much time and effort I put into the property I was selling, while still doing everything to maximize offers and return on investment. She also had a great instinct about what offers and potential buyers better aligned with my goals and always provided valuable guidance and advise. I appreciated the ROI on my property that she helped me achieve but most of all, I really appreciated how good she was at communicating and being available when I had questions. She made herself easy to reach and if she was in a meeting or unavailable she would always call back within the hour (at most). I was in the middle of relocating out-of-state while selling my house so she had to handle a lot of things by herself. It always felt like she had my best interest at heart and was even more diligent that I could have been. My only regret is that she wasn't the one to help me with my previous home purchases or sells! Stacy is amazing - very professional and truly cares about her clients! She helped us find the ideal home, which was not easy as we bought the house remotely. She matched our buying/selling timeline perfectly, and showed us many houses patiently. She is also willing to do the extra to make sure her clients get the most benefits in the end to end buying process. For example, when Stacy found out the interest rate temporarily dropped, she immediately encouraged us to renegotiate with the banks, which saves us 0.5% interest rate for 30 yrs. Another example, when the sellers didn't fix a couple of issues identified in the closing tour, Stacy diligently chased them on those items. We will strongly recommend Stacy to friends who consider buying or selling houses in Virginia.

As first-time home buyers the process of buying a home is very daunting but Stacy made sure to make us feel at ease! Her excellent knowledge and professionalism made it a breeze to decide on the perfect home for us. She took the time to explain our offer before submitting it such that there wouldn't be any surprises for us and helped us throughout the entire process all the way up to closing.Her recommendations (such as PenFed who were excellent as well) were spot on and we managed to close earlier than expected.

Stacy Rodgers proved herself to be a true professional, not only through her market and marketing knowledge, but in the vital area of client understanding, including an experienced hand in guiding us during critical negotiations. Her negotiating strategy was patient and solid. Also, there is no “salesperson-type” hyperbole with Stacy, even as she maintains a positive, can-do attitude. She is very mature and reliable. We could not have asked for more. We would definitely use her in the future.
