I would stay away from this business. Tysons Corner Mall managment should be responsible for allowing this business to be in the mall. They have no intention for customer service period.

I had the worst experience with Tysons Corner Location Minoso and their company. To follow the 7 day return policy, I went out of my way to get to the store for refund in time. The cashier Julia with no apologies simply said we can't give refund. Only manager can do it and she was not even sure when managers would come in for sure. If only mangers can only do refunds then they should be present at all time. What kind of scam is this? Now my 7 day window is gone. We tried to reach customer service but it got even worse. Their website is not even legit. No phone numbers and contact emails does not even work. I am not sure how this business can be in Tysons corner Mall and have business model like this. This is disgrace. Tysons corner Mall management should choose their businesses carefully.

Drove almost 3 hours to come to this store and was told that 40 minutes before they were closing that we wouldn’t be allowed in the store as they were short staffed but we could clearly see 3 employees this was on August 21, 2024 and the employee that told us was extremely rude and cruel. Definitely have a bad stain on this store and the employees. I hope they had something important to do as we were left extremely disappointed and hurt

06/27/2024 Thursday around 8pm almost closing. Had the worst experience with their employee! The lady with the purple hair was aggressive with my purchases and treated it as if it was trash. She was rude and very aggressive. She had a bad attitude. I had to check my sunglasses to see if she dented it or damaged it before check out. The other girl was in the front staring at us and kept giving us a rolling of the eyes attitude. Now, the place is reasonable but be prepared to spend money on a bag to put your purchased items in especially if they dont have a bag they will charge you. It's definitely ridiculous that she wanted me spend $0.50 to put it in. My daughter had to carry it around. It's the principal that counts. If you purchase something we should have a bag to put it in. They are so rude!!! If they are unhappy with thier job then find another job that WILL make you happy. I feel sorry for the owner they will eventually loose business with types of employees. Unacceptable!!!!!!!

The price tag shows this item is 15.99. The cashier charges 17.99, and after checking the price tag, I let her know the price is 15.99 so she can fix it. She just say "oh the price probably just changed recently," with an attitude, without trying to fix the price or even change the price tag so the next customer won't be confused. Next time I rather buy stuff online than come to this store again.

Came at 6:54pm (they were closing at 7pm) and they shut the store down. I needed 1 specific item that would have taken 1-2 mins to buy, but they shut down the gates and said they closed the register. I typically do not like coming in that late, but if u know i will be out before official closing time, i should be able to make the purchase.
