I hate to have anything negative to sat about any professional or business for that matter, but the pharmacy, pharmacist as well as staff within the pharmacy are rude, not compassionate and I have REPEATEDLY been short on quantity of dispensed medications that they have accused me of being "flagged" for abuse. I am a mother, and a very to the T human in general. I do not abuse the medications that I have been prescribed now for over 20 years. It breaks my heart to be treated so poorly.

I hate to give bad reviews but I have concerns about this pharmacy. I have been going here for several years but over the past year, they have made several errors - wrong # of doses dispensed multiple times and once I was given the wrong dose which was 10x the amount prescribed. When I returned the incorrect dosage, I was very nice about it and did not complain - I understand that pharmacies are busy- but unfortunately I have also had 2 very negative interactions recently with the pharmacist (who says she is the manager at this location) over concerns regarding the staff dispensing the incorrect supply amount prescribed (requiring multiple trips back to pick up medication). Because of the continued dispensing errors and this pharmacist’s rude and unprofessional behavior , we have decided to move our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Don’t go to this place! The pharmacist and the staff are rude! They make up their own rules and do what they want. They don’t want to take responsibility for their actions even when the insurance company calls them directly. My Dr had to write a prescription 3 times, and the still couldn’t fill it properly. I’m not going back to THIS Walgreens.

Ashley in the photo area was so helpful in getting an old photo of my mom reproduced for me. This Walgreens customer service is beyond the call of customer assistance. Thank you so much Ashley for your help. She even showed me how to use my cellphone as a scanner.

Terrible customer service. Pharmacy does not answer their phone. Tried to speak with store manager who did not give his name and would not let me finish my sentence before transferring me to pharmacy, again without success!

Recent experience drive thru broken registers inside broken, line for pharmacy 12 people deep, now I’m trying to get a refill on a new prescription ( no number) put in hold for 45 minutes and then hung up on. Called back I am 4 in line ( same as before) . I know people are in short supply but customer service is horrible!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I've tried giving this pharmacy a chance at increasing their level of service but it just gets worst by the day. My last straw was when I came in to pick up my mom's prescription, I was told there was an error with the directions from the physician and that they had no way of contacting the physician. The physician's phone number, fax AND email are on the form. I called the physician while standing there and immediately got a hold of him. These people are lazy and rude. The drive thru is often close and the phone is almost impossible to reach anyone there. I'm moving everything over to Kroger or another local pharmacy. They should consider shutting down this location!

Yeah, I'm so picky about good service I shop around for good pharmacies. The staff here are awesome and accomodating and have worked to help me get the right copay for medicine that would otherwise be $700(!); and just today were out of stock of much needed medicine for a painful ear infection and went out of their way to call me 15 minutes after having found it at a close by pharmacy for me to get. Here and away from home working, just seem to have good people.

HORRIBLE! After YEARS of terrible service here, tonight was the final straw. After waiting for 10 minutes in line inside, I got in the drive thru. The pharmacist walked around the pharmacy for FIFTEEN MINUTES looking for my prescription which they, spoiler alert, LOST despite it being filled TODAY! She informed me to get BACK IN LINE and it would be ready by the time I got back. I understand that pharmacies are in rough shape post-pandemic but this is truly abhorrent. Last time I use a chain drugstore, I'm either going to switch all of my prescriptions to an online pharmacy or go with an independent pharmacy. Didn't even offer me a credit or anything. I love it when a trip to the pharmacy takes over an hour

Tonight after a frustrating encounter with the clerk who insisted repeatedly with indifference that I was placing my card wrong I asked to see the manager. The young lady who came up to help discovered the card reader wasn't working. Instead of an attitude she recommended we try the tap function. It worked and I thanked her. Customer service at its best!

Horrible service waited in drive thru for 20 minutes before anyone came to the window left horrible customer service if we had more options in our area I would leave Walgreens
