If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BY ANY MEANS GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I was on the phone with Verizon for hour plus.. my mom has dementia...locked herself out of her phone... I was told by Verizon support to go in to a place to help...I went in pleaded for help..with NO COMPASSION from Jason Middleton or Shelby with tears in my eyes..being told to just buy another phone...they did reset it ..and told me there was nothing else they could do...unless I just wanted to buy another phone...I stayed ..and tried to figure it out myself ...as they treated me like dirt and never asked again if I needed help..I have been with Verizon for many years and have never experienced such disrespect. As i stayed there trying to figure it out myself with looks of please ...leave..I may have solved it....with NO HELP FROM ANYONE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. TRUST ME... not a place you want to go..

If I could give a zero star rating I would!!!Went there after customer service told me to. Waited for like 45mins before someone helped. Then the store "manager" helped..... How this woman is a manager is BEYOND me! Straight from the begining she was rude and snappy. I could hardly believe it. It only got worse! Regan. Even her co-workers looked at her like "wow".Spare yourself the headache and stear clear of that location!! No customer should be treated with such rudeness and disregard!

I had an amazing experience at this location! I was helped by Kayla in purchasing my Iphone 14. She kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I was set up and ready to go before leaving the store. She installed the screen protectors that were purchased and helped me prep my phone to drop off. She even set it up to where I'd be dropping off my trade at a store near me instead of coming back to this store to save me some time! Overall I had an excellent experience at this Verizon as well as my salesperson, Kayla! Thank you guys!

We went to the Verizon store Wednesday evening and the service we received was exceptional. Both Kayla and Regan worked with us to ensure we had a great plan, new phones and accessories. They even stayed later than required to ensure the phone set up was complete and my daughter would be able to get her preferred phone case sent from another store. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend the Harborview Verizon store.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT BOTHER GOING TO THIS LOCATION! GO TO THE VERIZON STORE INSIDE BEST BUY INSTEAD. The salesperson Shelby my parents dealt with was rude, unprofessional, inappropriate, AND DISCRIMINATORY. This woman had the audacity to tell my parents that they were “incapable of understanding” the new plan and to “trust her” that it was the best deal. Just because they have foreign accents Shelby thought she would be able to swindle them. Instead of upgrading their phone, the woman was trying to scam my parents into buying an additional phone line, protection plan, etc. Once she understood that my parents weren’t going to give in to her demands, she didn’t even want to work with them anymore. Frankly, the entire ordeal was disgusting and shameful. Go to the Verizon store inside Best Buy instead; friendly customer service, and they actually train their sales people on how to treat customers with respect.

Came in to see about a trade in, with Kayla helping me out and even getting home internet setup with a bunch of discounts. She and the crew are stellar and nice to work with.

In all seriousness, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Incompetent and rude staff that could only scowl and act demeaning. I walked in and tried to change my phone plan and upgrade but was met with resistance and told that I couldn't do that. I legitimately don't understand they're rationale. I literally had my wallet open trying to give money and was told no without an explanation. The sad truth is that I just think the employees didn't feel like doing their job and just wanted to collect a paycheck without being "annoyed" by helping a paying customer. The only thing they are good at here is giving attitude and pushing away business.Update:I went to AT&T and had a wonderful experience and have now left Verizon and very happy. Not to mention that AT&T is much more affordable with just as good signal and exceedingly better customer service. Just look up how Verizon is losing customers and having a hard time keeping up with competitors. If you wonder what the future of Verizon is, come to this store and you'll quickly see..."Can you hear me now?" NO!! R.I.P. Verizon

Officially switched to AT&T after years of being a Verizon customer all because of the "customer service" that was received at this location. Zero professionalism from the manager and the employees who felt that rolling their eyes, laughing at the customer, and making us feel like we were burdening them by trying to "open our wallet" is an interesting sales approach. Not to mention all of the hidden fees and ridiculous phone plans. If you want a streamlined process and you want to actually know what you are paying per month, definitely switch to another carrier. Seems like Verizon doesn't care if you stay or go anyway.

Worse service ever! The guy working there wouldn’t let me finish talking. He assumed he knew what I was going to say then cut me off. Never listening to a word I say. I was there to purchase a new phone and upgrade my plan, but he definitely helped me change my mind. To make it worse, he kept laughing. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and definitely won’t continue to eleven years.

Had an issue with my phone that required a visit to the Verizon store luckily I got RENE to help me. He tackled the problem immediately and got me back on the road. He delivered excellent customer service and product expertise. Could not be happier!

in all honesty this place is the worst! i received no help at all! they never fixed my phone! they told me i have to buy another phone instead of helping me or fixing the issue. the customer services is trash. highly don't recommend! if you can choose another phone company please do! btw i been with Verizon for 6 years now and they just keep getting worse

Decided on switching carriers. Montez was super helpful and answered almost all of my questions before I even had to ask some of them! ? The gentleman at the front desk was prompt in helping and making sure I was able to check in. Way to go guys! I had a great experience coming back to Verizon ☺️ thank you!
