My husband and I recently upgraded our older I-Phones and dealt with Courtney. She was very pleasant and helpful on both trips to the store. He got his one week, and I went back and upgraded the next week. I have dealt with this location for several years with our family’s needs, and I have always received good service.

4.5 ⭐ Thought it was pretty cool that I was able to get my Fold 2 ordered, hated the wait but what can you do. Not entirely sure if they are always busy, but normally wait about 30 minutes for any services on your account is needed. Highly recommend the liquid screen protector.

The slowest curbside pickup I’ve experienced. Waited for over a hour just to pick up a order. They need to just schedule appointments rather than have you do curbside if the order isn’t going to be ready when they send you confirmation that it is .

If I could leave a zero I would. I just moved from Georgia to Virginia and my first stop was Verizon. I had t mobile and wanted to switch my household 4 phones over and possible update our phones but every time of all 3 days I checked in online I waited over an hour! The first time I waited the guy had no one in the building so I asked could he just take me off after waiting for over an hour, I checked the time from the time I checked in online to the time I told him to take me off his response “oh you checked in online, mybad I didn’t even notice” WOWWWW OK yeahhh I’ll stick to T-Mobile.

This location is the wing stop. Was not satisfied with the food order the whole chicken wings very large not cooked through with no taste. Had to cook over not happy.. no won't recommend . Will recommend crown chicken tho.
