After what seemed to be eternity of the most abrasive and rude postal worker on the planet, the Chuckatuck Post Office finally has a wonderful postal clerk! Dominique is very efficient while being polite, and he goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Currently, this Post Office is a pleasure to use and our community residences don’t have to travel to other Post Offices in order to avoid unfortunate endless confrontations.

This post office stuck a sticker on my mailbox saying they attempted delivery for a signature and never even came to my door to do so. The hours of operation are ridiculous and the service is awful! Can we not get a postal worker who will do there job? I will say not all of the postal workers at this post office are awful, just a couple of them. I feel for them.

horrible hours and rude worker, I wish the hours weren’t like this- it’s so inconvenient and frustrating.

This is Crazy, I just moved here few months ago, I am expecting 4 packages last December for Christmas and 2 for this month, i was wondering why it's always been failed to deliver, i tried to call but no one answer my call, so i started reading some reviews, i found out that you guys won't deliver packages? Ok! If don't, you need to communicate people, LEAVE A NOTE TO MY MAILBOX, Hey we don't deliver packages, you can pick it up from this post office, WHAT TIME AND DAY! Easy, that way we are aware what's going on.

This is ridiculous. Why can't I get a package delivered to my residence. Why do I not even get a notice that there is a package for me to pick up. It's ridiculous.

Jackie has the absolute worst attitude and should not be allowed to work with the public. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to be treated horribly.

Absolutely unacceptable hours. They won't deliver mail or packages to certain surrounding neighborhoods, and then only have a 2 hour window Monday thru Saturday for you to actually pick up your mail or packages. And for those that work during the week, that gives you only a 2 hour window ONE DAY PER WEEK to pick anything up. And god forbid you can't make it during those 2 hours, you have to wait another entire week to be able to pick anything up. 100% unacceptable. If I had known how difficult it was to get packages living in this area I would not have moved here. This is utterly ridiculous as we now live in a supposedly technologically advanced day where everyone gets things shipped to them, especially since the pandemic started. What's the point of having a post office that the public can't even use?

I love how this post office will shove packages that say "fragile" and "do not bend" into a tiny box, completely destroying the packages contents. This facility, the hours that you can pick up packages, and the rude person that works there is a joke.

'Visit your local Post Office™ at 109 Kings Hwy! The U.S. Postal Service® (USPS®) is the only organization in the country to regularly deliver to every residential and business address.'That last part is a blatant lie. They refuse to deliver mail to our home address, a 5 minute walk away, plus they're only open 2 hours a day from 10:30 to 12:30. Ridiculous. A lot of people work 9-5 every week day, do they expect us to waste our lunch break here?
