They did a great job on my car, it was finished in a matter of days. Crystal in the front desk was always so nice and would communicate updates about my car. Barry also walked me through the process of the repair. My touch screen wasn’t working properly when I got my car back and the mechanic was nice enough to help me with it. The issue thankfully resolved by itself after my car cooled down. Indeed, great people you meet by accident!

Employees were nice and fast. Body work seems ok so far but they reused a broken part, or broke it upon installation. Either way it was through insurance so no need to cut corners. Pic attached. Overall I’m satisfied but could be happier.

Repeat customer always do a good job. Sometimes have a wait to get my car in because they are busy. Probably wouldn't want to go to a shop that wasn't busy.

Update: Temps have warmed up and now the paint is bubbling... I highly recommend you do not have this shop do any work on your vehicle. All the pics posted are "after" photos.-------I do not know how this place has such high reviews. The communication is terrible. You call and leave several messages but nobody calls you back. The time to completion on the work is bad, and the quality of work is sub-par. In my case, the work was incomplete. They re-used damaged parts on an insurance claim job. Additionally, incorrect replacement parts were used. When I was told they would reach out to the insurance company to get an adjustment for correct parts, it was apparent they did not because the incorrect parts were used. This was frustrating because I was told they would contact the insurance company to get the correct parts authorized before starting the work.Then, I kept calling them and my insurance company to get the issue resolved. The insurance company called them and told them to submit an adjustment. After I called the shop weekly for two months, leaving messages for the mechanic, I decided it wasn't worth the frustration. During this time, I was contacted once and told they were busy and they'd get around to it. To top it off, the wrap job they did bubbles when the temperature drops...When I gave them many opportunities to fix the poor and incorrect work, I was blown off each time. After several months, I decided to cut my losses because it wasn't worth the frustration. This is the worst vehicle repair experience I ever had. Do not take your vehicle here. You'll get poor communication, incomplete work, and more frustration than you should have to deal with.A positive note - The lady that works the desk and answers the phone is very nice. So is the manager/owner - if you ever get a chance to talk to him.

Very professional and prompt. Repaired my bumper in 4 days as promised. MAACO kept my truck for almost 2 weeks then only to say they couldn't get the bumper.
