the lady I spoke to a couple days ago made me feel like my existence was an inconvenience to her. when I asked to speak to a manager she claimed she was the manager. this place is the most unprofessional place I have been to in awhile. I would leave zero stars if I could.

had an awful experience with the store manager . she was as rude and obnoxious as they come. this experience prompted me to switch phone services
