Very disappointed in the way they treated my family member. Medical professionals are suppose to provide medical service not talk about patient and say why did they come here instead of ER. Do your job! If you don’t want to do that then stay at home.

Haven't been back since last year. I hope they replaced their front desk staff. Very rude and cold. I literally drive 45 min out to my new facility rather then driving 5 min up the street to this one.

I've been going to the Lakeview office on Meade Parkway since I was little, however since I live/work closer to the Bridge Road office I've been going there for about 2 or 3 years. It was has always been difficult dealing with the office staff they are very rude and offended by having to do there job! I've noticed none of the doctors/nurses/staff wear masks anymore. It is a very dysfunctional medical office between the lab and doctor offices. Even the doctor had an attitude. I think its time to change.

The staff are very attentive and kind. I've seen two doctors here an older gentleman and a younger lady and both were excellent with my kids.

Don’t waste your time. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for over a week now. Every time I call I’m on hold for over 10 minutes or they staff keep magically getting disconnected. Worst doctors office I have ever worked with!

Just moved to the area so I just started going here and the girls up front, nurse and Dr. were really nice, and quick. Will defiantly continue to go to Lakeview Medical Center.

Dr.Parsons addressed my concerns and has been a great physician. Always issues answering the phone in Pediatrics as well as OB-GYN. Both offices have managed to lose entire medical histories. “Our systems are changing” is NOT a valid excuse. this is a doctors office, patients should not have to deal with this. I was hung up on by the OB-GYN dept TWICE (the receptionist had claimed to put me on hold and the call ended. simple issue that should be addressed and could easily be avoided) after missing a call from my dr. I was told “its probably not a big deal” after anxiously waiting about two hours I went there in person and the same person who “put me on hold” helped me and was rude the entire time, on and off the phone. I expressed my concerns to the Dr who put in a word to the office manager. that was 8/19 today is 8/30 and I called to follow up because I had heard nothing back. The office manager essentially told me oh well it was an accident and that it was none of my business whether my concerns had been addressed with the employee or not. “Thats between myself and the staff”Only Two stars for Nurses and Drs. *most* non medical personnel are absolutely unbearable.

I've had a good experience here. No trouble getting in on short notice. It's nice to be able to get imaging, labs, and urgent care in one place.

Made an appointment for a serious medical condition I’m having over the phone & was told they accepted my insurance, waited 2 weeks and drove to my appointment in Suffolk from Hampton to be told they do not accept my insurance.Front desk lady was kind but tried to tell me my PCP is listed on my card, but I do not have PCP and the one on my card isn’t accepting patients.(which was all discussed when I called the first time)I find it very unprofessional for them to not tell you the correct info beforehand, now I have to wait to see another doctor after I find one who can see me in who knows how long.Very upset because this medical condition I have is scary and I need to be seen asap.

I went here and tried to make an appointment with my doctor. I had to wait 5 - 10 minutes for the lady at the front desk to finish texting on her phone. When I did not leave she rolled her eyes and said "can I help you?". About a year later, I had to go see a doctor here for my foot. I waited for an hour and eventually was rushed in by the doctor whom immediately dismissed me as I entered the door saying I had to google the issue to find out what to do. I also have my children attend the pediatrics area. I can never get a hold of anyone on the phone before, through, and up to COVID-19. I would call and wait on hold for hours! I would leave messages. I have/had to physically go to the medical center (during COVID-19) to make any appointments. I went into the center and all of the staff were sitting behind the desk talking with each other about personal things/events. The phone was ringing the whole time. No one answered it. I asked if something was wrong with the phones. No one answered. The OBGYN area is awesome. I have had no issues with the staff or the doctors. If it were not for all the other areas lacking I would give more stars.

I had been going here most of my adult life, birthed 3 children with them, but I will never return since Pat Collier retired. The front office is disorganized, Dr. Demkowski is incredibly rude and I refuse to spend another dime at this facility. There are much better options out there!

My OBGYN is a good doctor but Lakeview Medical Center is doing everything to rip the patient off. I had two blood work (Estrodiol and FSH) requested by Dr. Demkowski and he suggested that have them done at their facility; Lakeview Medical Center on Bridge road. They collected my blood and sent it to Labcorp. I am an out-of-pocket patient since I dropped my insurance off 2 months ago (I can't afford $35,000 annual insurance cost for my family anymore) and I already got a quote about how much the cost of those blood tests from Labcorp. When I called Labcorp they said they have instructed to bill the test to Lakeview, and when I asked how much they billed, they said $3.30 (Three dollars and thirty cents)Now Lakeview is charging me $181.00 (one hundred and eighty-one dollars). This is a big rip-off.Update: I spoke with their billing manager and they adjusted the bill to a reasonable cost, but this is very overwhelming for the patients...A.K Taylor
