To the gentleman that works at the flower counter at Kroger! You clearly love your job and it shows. Thank you for taking the time to make a simple bouquet a little extra special. I grabbed one of the standard $7 bouquet of carnations and you asked if it was for anything special! I said it's my daughters birthday and she loves flowers and you said here give me those I'm going to wrap them special! You stopped what you were doing and took the time to add baby's breath and wrapped them with a pretty ribbon and even walked them over to me while I was at check out. You were an absolute delight and I can promise you just made a 7 year old day and made a mom feel wonderful. So to that gentleman thank you so much and please continue making the world brighter one flower at a time

The women in the Beer / wine section was so helpful and friendly...100% for her..when I went through checkout the 2 ladies were a joy to interact with...professional and friendly great experience

The different departments,never pick up the phone.customer service front end,will not go tell them they have a customer on the phone,to pick it up...several times on different days same problem

Okay store, though huge problems with delivery. Two of my last three orders have been at LEAST thirty five minutes AFTER the two hour window that they should have been delivered in. Second, I often have gluten bread sent instead of the gluten free bread I ordered. Out of stocks aren't marked on Instacart often and I get shorted there. I have also been charged for things I did not order. Always screen shot your original order, the Instacart receipt, and the actual Kroger receipt.

So you pay more!!!!!! The shelve tag says $1.99,.

Extremely pleasant store personnel here. We're from out of town, &supported to pick up a few items. I'm sure we'll be back again while we are in the area. Very positive, friendly & welcoming atmosphere! Keep up the good work. ???

grr.. called kroger at 11:30am today to see if they have boars head beef bologna, the person at the deli said yes but she is not cutting it till 2pm as she is doing chicken until then and alone. Glad I didn't go there. Guess what Kroger, Publix is right down the street and also sells Boars Head.

Guess they're just throwing it in the bag altogether now. Hard to put up in the fridge like this, all on top of each other! Pickle jars falling all out the bag and out of the back door. The curbside lady had the worst scowl Ive seen in awhile and even told her to have a nice day with her stank attitude. Getting fed up with this tired behavior out of grown folks! Fidna move all my prescriptions and start picking up in another part of town where folks have better sense! I'll drive and pay more!
