Drive through service was extremely slow. It was like they only took care of one order at a time. We had to wait when we got to the window for our order. Finally we got our order to leave.

Upon entering the store I approached the counter and stood there for 5 minutes and still no one even acknowledged I was there. I looked around and noticed the dirty floor and tables so I left.

For only 2 people working last night 3/11/2022, They deserve major props. Doing the best they can, and actually serving food that was fresh and hot. Thank you guys for such a great experience at the Suffolk VA store off N Main St.

Always slow. You never know what's going to happen in each visit. Last time they had just fried Stuff...the other time no cash payment... The staff is kind of rude. Now I am in the line for 20 min now.

Stoped in for a hot coffee because it was 30 degrees outside. Lady proceeded to give me the bottom of the pot of cold coffee. Didn’t know until I got out to the work truck to be surprised with some burnt, cold coffee. What a bummer. I went back in for a refund and told them the issue, lady then says “ We’ll I would have to make a fresh batch” with attitude! What a joke.

The Burger King on Bridge road has spoiled me!! This Burger King however on Main Street is always slow and the food just doesn’t taste the same. They could really use some help from the staff on Bridge Road, the drive there is soooo worth it.

never get orders right..staff act like they dont want to be at work. I've never got a correct order from here and they don't give receipts so you cant prove what you ordered.
