I give this a 2 star because the area is soo UNFRIENDLY and the employees don't know there own store. They make their own brands (ONN, equate, etc.) and favor them over other pro brands. Sure there are stuff it has that is good but over all it sucks.

Professional, courteous, kind, friendly, and proactive! I’ve been impressed with the caliber of the pharmacy staff! Never had a negative experience. (They are separate staffing from store employees.) Getting specific or special medicine is crucial to all customers; and it’s obvious that they take their job and our needs very seriously. They’ve helped me over the phone, transferred RX, called our docs, and brought our RX’s outside in the rain to us curbside. I seldom spend my time to write a review- but Walmart pharmacy (Sterling and Warrenton) deserve a big thank you and a big shout out!

This is THE WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER BEEN TO. Multiple times I’ve been told a prescription is ready and to go pick it up so I do AND WHEN I GET THERE THEY SAY THERES NOTHING UNDER MY FILE. It’s so so irritating because it’s almost every single time I go. They’re so careless and unhelpful. Legit I dread going there. Oh and also they legit changed my prescription price from 10 dollars to 40 without even telling me so as I was checking out they were like oh it’s 40 dollars like it was nothing. Absolutely horrid, terrible Pharmacy go to giant or Costco pharmacy instead I promise they’re much better. Save yourself the headache.

Warning: Do not take your car here for work. I brought my new Honda Civic to this location about a month ago to get new tires on they broke the "low tire pressure" sensor and refused to even look at my car let alone fix it! You've been warned.

It is a 20 minute wait to get sliced deli meat no exceptions. They only have one person working behind the counter for both the deli AND the hot food. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Not a big fan of Walmart to start with but thought I would put my political opinions aside and make a small purchase online. The day I was supposed to pick it up, I received an email that it was on back order. I immediately cancelled that order but never received an email saying it had been cancelled. Simply showed "cancellation request" on my order. Received an email today that my order was ready to be picked up. I called the store 4 different times throughout today and each time an employee would pick the line up after 10-15 minutes on hold and simply hang up without saying anything. The 5th and last time, after 10 minutes on hold, the employee actually answered and asked how they could help. I started to explain that I wanted to cancel an online order and was immediately put back on hold without any explanation. After 10 minutes, I finally gave up. My debit card has been charged. Not sure what will exactly happen when I do not pick up the item. Horrible customer service. Walmart used to be a leader in the retail business. Amazon has set the standards so high that unless Walmart makes drastic changes, they will not survive. In the meantime, I will gladly wait until tomorrow to get my package delivered to my house for free from Amazon. Goodbye Walmart!

29 minutes on hold with security and no one has gotten back to me after initially answering. December 11th 8:38-9:07 pm. Guess I'll go pound sand...hopefully the next person that calls doesn't have an emergency

This Walmart is chronically understaffed and a little disorganized. Self-checkout always has a long line but is your best bet. Don't do the grocery pick-up. I show up at 12:10 and check-in ahead of time to let them know I'm on my way. I call upon arrival to let them know I'm parked outside. I proceed to wait for over 35 minutes for them to bring out groceries for me. I see others coming and going. I call to check back in and get only the answering machine. When I finally do get my groceries, there's no apology or concern. Hopefully, others will have a better experience than I did. I won't be giving grocery pick-up a second try.

Avoid the deli I've been standing here for 20+ minutes (I should've stood there for 5-10 min) and I'll I got was 1/2 lb of roast beef, 1 lb of ham, 1/2 lb of cheese! Only two workers and one Machine not working. And the person behind me got mad at them too! STEP IT UP! On the weekends it is so crowded, so avoid mid-day Saturday and Sunday. But other than that it's a decent store.
