Dr. Sachdeva is an exceptional and compassionate doctor. I have been a patient of hers for the past year and I am constantly impressed by her wealth of knowledge and professionalism while also being caring and personable. Her thought process and treatment plans are explained in great detail and are clear and easy to understand. The staff are exceptional in their communication and responsiveness. I highly recommend Dr. Sachdeva to anybody looking for a PCP.

Doctor is very good. Cares about patients problems but receptionist is very rude and non-cooperative. Doctor needs to pay attention towards this.

Dr. Shadiva takes her time with each patient which does make teh wait a bit longer but it is worth it for the care you receive. I recently moved to NC and still come back to VA for regular care in order to see Dr. Shadiva.This office also helps a lot of folks who are in hard situations , medicaid etc, this office has a big heart. I can afford to go anywhere and have Blue Cross and blue shield but prefer an office that actually cares about its patients and isn't in it just for the money, or who may recommend something I don't need just to profit from it. Excellent care in casual office arrangement.

Do not go to this doctor unless you want to be randomly billed two years after being seen by the doctor and having already paid the bill!!! The doctor is nice but they need to learn how to properly bill their patients.
