I've been a customer for years but everytime I go the short fat one is always rude. I think her name is Liliana? but whenever I ask for help she tries to tell me to do it myself. Then why are you here? I will be contacting corporate. I think there is an issue of racism here.

I had a great customer service experience at my local Cricket store. My sales person was extremely competent at both the technology and in handling our sales process. Two days later I went in again and, once again, had a great experience. The store was overrun by customers and our sales lady juggled serving multiple customers while also setting up my newly purchased phone. Kudos to Cricket...

The customer service was terrible the woman that was working at the front desk was really disrespectful and rude and didn’t help at all when I was trying to help my friend switch from T-mobile to cricket And said she couldn’t give me anymore information if my friend isn’t there and because of this I might switch to a different cellphone service please train your employees better and have a talk with them If I would give this place a -5 rating I would please have better employees and keep a eye on them.

This is the only store that I am using for my family needs for many years. Tried Herndon and Leesburg, but always returned here. The ladies (previous team and the current one) have always been very helpful and patient. They seem to remember you from your previous visits. I only experienced a great customer service from them, but I am trying to keep my interactions positive as well.I wish we would not have to pay a $25 upgrade fee every time when switching a phone, but that seems to be going across the Cricket, not a particular store related situation.04/22. Update based on a personal experience within the last year. Reducing the stars. This store became in the same service range as the other stores in the area. Leesburg one is still the worst...
