I’ve been using this dry cleaner for nine years. I’ve never had any issues. Clothes are ready when they say, staff is friendly. Great place to get dry cleaning done.

We dropped out some clothes for dry cleaning and paid a reasonable amount. However, just like other reviewers said, we went to pickup and the employee or owner said we never paid. My husband pulled up our bank account and showed her we paid. They are so completely disorganized. They need to come up with a system and stick with it. Their computer system should know if you paid or not, but even more than that decide if customers will pay at drop off or pickup and stick with that. Then you will know if they paid or not at pickup. Won’t be back.

I've used this cleaner for about a year, and sure enough, like other customer's reviews, got the bait and switch when I had some cleaning and alterations done. Quoted one price, charged another - same story about how cost was "mis-quoted". The original quote was high - so, there was no reason for the excessive increase in price Completely lacking in appropriate business practice, and I will no longer bring my business there. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

Terrible Customer Service! They modify the pricing and overcharge after you have recieved the receipt. The workers there can never stick to the same pricing and they have people who are not even employees issue out your receipt. Very unprofessional, and disorganized. The pricing needs to be on a board or something so people dont get cheated. Never going there again.

They lost a customer today. Been using this cleaners since they opened. Today they decided to charge me three dollars more for a shirt that's been cleaned here every month for the last two years. Not going back again.

The lady steals from her customers. She modifies prices after you have dropped off your clothing and been issued a receipt. I went back to ask why she charged me $80 instead of the $65 on my drop off receipt and she gave me some story about how she didnt price it right when i dropped it off. While we were arguing, two more people came with same complaint...she overcharged them too. That was my last time there after going there for years. God knows how much she cheated me out of.

If you go to this cleaners, please please please, pay attention to how much they charge you. I typically assume that what they tell me is the price they charged when i dropped off. This morning, i noticed the lady tearing off the duplicate drop-off ticket from my cloths right before she told me $87. I didn't remember it being that much, but i wont argue without proof. So i paid and left and didn't even think anything of it. As God will have it, I went home, put my cloths away and went to clean my car and there was the drop off ticket with $67.70 on it. I called her to ask and she says she can explain, but wants me to come there to hear the explanation. I am about to go there and hear what possible explanation she has. I will post an update

Been going there for years, spent thousands of dollars. They mess up my husbands shirt ( dinner plate size grease stain), I bring it back, she argues that he did it. Instead of doing the right thing and cleaning it - she wanted to charge me $4. I asked that she take the $1 off that I had paid. She refused and began speaking fast and blaming my husband for the stain. Seriously??? Well we are done with them. Think twice before going there - they don't stand behind their work. Also they have dogs inside running around! Never again- My Cleaners will NEVER BE our cleaners!!

Dropped a dress for a hem, and she never wrote down the price in the ticket. The only price she put down was the price for the cleaning service, which was 9,95. I ended up paying 9,95 plus 28,00 for the hem. She said she told me. I just wish they were more organized as far as giving a ticket that reflects your bill. When I had to pay I almost had a heart attack. I felt tricked. Watch out make them write down the price.

Too expensive!!!! My wife dropped off a dress shirt to try their service since we are new to the area. Picked up today and charged $4.05!!!! The Dry Cleaners on Garrisonville and others charge $1.25!!! Look elsewhere!!
