I called back to Eliz Nail Care the same day that they responded to my previous review because they said to call them and they would like to earn back my business. Well the lady who answered the phone kept saying I can't understand you and she finally said do you need a manicure so please tell me how do you get I'm returning a call based on your response to my review mixed up with you want to get a manicure. I just hung up the phone not playing games and not returning to this place again.

i got my nails done and asked for acrylic and the lady started doing dip powder??? it was chunky and uneven and the color options were awful. i hate my nails i literally wanted to cry

I have short nails and don’t claim to have pretty hands or feet but I just left and this is the result of basic manicure and ocean spa pedicure. Supposed to remove the calluses. Why do I have to pay for fancy nails or extra for gel to have them just do a decent job?

So I called for a fill and a nail fix on Monday the same nail I had fixed (Monday) broke Thursday so of course it being after hours I waited until Friday I call setup a time they call me back just to add a few extra minutes before I arrived which was fine. I arrived, I wait the lady calls the owner to decide wether or not to charge me for the samebroken nail mind you Monday the isn’t wanted to take it off however would have been to painful for me so she worked around it. Ok, fast forward to Friday I sit down once it’s my turn the lady at some point is able to get the rest of the nail from my nail bed. The nail she added was SUPER LONG I asked if she would cut it down she said yes… she lays the acrylic it’s lumpy there’s no shape to my nail of my liking still not cut down. I asked again if she could cut it down clearly there is a huge difference in lengths here. Ok I’m ready to go but she charges me for this monstrosity but because of not wanting to cause an issue I paid I left I will not return. I understand it won’t look the best like the rest of my nails but this is sad and I had to pay for this again to look like this I should have left it broken.Service: Nail repair

I was very disappointed when I went in for my appointment today. I have used this business in the past with great results and I have always left happy. Today was completely different. I called yesterday and scheduled an appointment at 11 am for a pedicure, manicure, and massage for three people. When we showed up today, the business was empty. The woman behind the counter said she scheduled us for 10. When my friends and I reminded her that we had corrected her on the phone to have an 11 appointment, she told us she couldn’t help us since we didn’t show up at 10. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this nail salon. We had called the day prior to make an appoint for 11am the next day and when we showed up lady in the front made it very clear that we were late and they couldn't help us. She claimed we had set the appointment for 10am when 11am was the set time. Keep in the place and as empty when we arrived and they yet seemed to want to accommodate us. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I'm not one to usually complain, but if you do not know how to provide a specific service, don't say you do. Don't paint the nails on someone's feet and come back to touch someones hands without washing your hands. I had to tell this lady to wash her hands because she was touching someone's feet! She then proceeded to use a thick brush to do a design that obviously required a much thinner brush and had the nerve to get mad and say whatever in her language to one of the other techs. Unless you've already been here and have a tech you like, DON'T GO IN

Butcher shop. Far from nail salon. First they did not soak off the previous gel off of my nails. They use the machine to take it off which damages your nail. Then she did not soak off the cuticles she butchered it off my hand. Please do not waste your money at this location.

They did a awful job please see the picture. Pictures say way more than words. They butchered my hands and charged 32 bucks. I will never return to this butcher shop.
