Went in for a tire repair, and I received very quick and personable service. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the mechanics. Definitely would recommend these guys.

I don't know much about cars, but the team at Virginia Tire & Auto made me feel comfortable and explained everything that needed to be done. They were professional, courteous and very good at their jobs.

The price is just okay, and service is super slow. The mechanics might be decent but the front desk has no idea what customer service is... I wanted to like this place but I probably will not return again.
