I disagree with the negative reviews for this location. I personally drive an extra 30 minutes just to use this specific CVS location because it has the kindest customer service, and I actually get to speak to a human being. I'm used to feeling frustrated at other CVS locations and being put on hold, but this location is actually kind and helpful. Thanks for always helping! A cozy and kind location. My favorite CVS.

I came to pick up my prescription..they gave me only one month supply but written down 3 months supply I called them the pharmacist wasn’t nice to me and hang up on me ☹️

CVS is serving good. Nothing much to improve. People in CVS near me are always kind and store is very clean.

The drive-through is horrible. It always takes 45 minutes. The employees that work at the window need to tell customers with lengthy requests to park and go inside. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I disagree with all of the negative reviews. I find the staff at this pharmacy extremely helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my daughter has the medications she needs to perform her activities of daily living. Availability and insurance issues are not their fault, and they always make sure I can pay by GoodRx if insurance does not cover one of my daughter's meds. I think they're great!

The pharmacy's competence must be questioned. I spent an hour and a half on hold yesterday trying to get my prescription sorted. That was yesterday. Today, 24 hours later, after waiting another 25 minutes in line, they tell me it wasn't ready yet--so I had to wait another 15 minutes while they finally filled it. The response from the pharmacy staff when I said I was considering taking my business elsewhere? "Ok, go ahead." So I will--even though doing so will result in higher co-pays (CVS is also my prescription insurance).

I came to pick up my prescription medication, and was helped by a nice guy. The issues started when I asked to use a manufacturer’s coupon for one of my meds. He told me a different employee will help me out, and to stand behind customer on my left. I stood there, thinking it was a line, but no one called me up to be seen. After helping the customer in front of me, the employee walked away from the counter so I assumed they were going to do something and come back? Anyway, after about 15 minutes of standing there, I came up to the window and someone finally came to help.After the employee punched in the coupon, she let me know it was applied and walked away. I was standing for another few minutes thinking she was going to grab the medication, but I guess that was it because I saw her standing a few feet away from me doing her other tasks. So I finally went back to the pick up line to fetch my meds.They weren’t rude, however, they just weren’t helpful. They just did the absolute bare minimum, and did not guide me or let me know what to do next whatsoever. If you see a customer standing there, why don’t you ask what they need? What could have been a 5 minute trip turned into a 30+ min trip, and this especially sucked while I was down sick with the flu.

Long waits in the drive through and at the counter, and if you call the pharmacy. Not sure what the problem is, if they are understaffed or what. They don't always have my medications, even though they are the same month to month. I need to change pharmacies.

One of the worst places to get any prescription filled. If you try to call anyone in the pharmacy, no one answers. You have to go in person to talk to anyone and the wait times are around 20-30 minutes to get a prescription. This place is a mess and needs to change.

Since the drive through has been closed for weeks, I went inside. The pick up lines were long, which doesn't bother me in my car, but does bother me in the store. I give it 5 when drive through is working.

Yesterday, picked up a med that I have been taking for more than 10 years. Instead of the $40 co-pay, it was $210. Pharmacist did not mention a generic was available. I called my insurance company to ask about the price change. Insurance said there is now a generic so they won't pay for name brand. Insurance also looked up my account. Their record showed that CVS first filled with the generic, which would have been $5 copay. CVS then reversed the transaction and changed med to brand name for $210.
