I live in Woodbridge, I drove 45 minutes to go to a branch. Capital One is closed, it's a shame. All woodbridge has no branch

ATM down more than not . Has repeatedly stopped during a mid transaction with no receipt or return of my card. Has torn cks but also taken cash and not given me credit . I have to go into lobby wait and file a claim for my monies which might take up to 5 days . Stay away

The customer service should be re-trained in my opinion. I came to the bank to make a deposit, i wanted to do with a person for a different reason. I waited in line due to 2 people ahead of me. Then, it was my turn and i was called by the person whose name is Carlos. He was helping drive through and in-store simultaneously. After i gave him my ID and told him what i wanted, he pulled my info and then went to the phone from drive through and after a few minutes, he then told me that he needed to do something (did not hear what exactly clearly), and said that another teller would help me later. I then went back to the line and waiting for a teller to available to help. Those who were behind me were assisting by tellers and i ended up waiting again. I should have said no you should finish helping me before switching to something else.Basically he had issue with drive through and needed to take care that. Again, it can wait since he is in the process of assisting me. He could ask the other customer to wait, not making me go back to the line and wait.I personally think he should have helped me since he was helping me already and then he could come back to assist the drive through customer. Not telling me to go back to the line queueing again. He needed to know the prioritization and ways to deal with situations like this. He should have asked me if that was ok for me to wait not him making decision himself. So unprofessional.

These banks, the service does not work, they stopped my checks and they did not give me money or the checks, questions that they ask that do not make sense, as if the stolen checks were the worst thing that I used there in my entire life, it was very bad taste

I want to make all customers and future customers know about the predatory ways of Capital One Credit Cards. Apparently I wasn't notified of my $39 membership fee in January and was then assessed a $25 past due fee plus interest. In February I was assessed $45 fee plus interest for non-payment. When I was sent a notice from Credit Karma that my credit score dropped 40 points, after having a perfect payment record for the last 10 years, I called Capital One. The young lady got the fee and interest removed for February, however they would not change my credit report nor remove the Jan charge. We are talking about $39 membership fee, for a card I don't use and have had for years. Why don't I use it, because the interest rate 28%. Capital One has no one to speak to except the one person I spoke to on the phone and no Sr manager to speak to. This is pathetic customer service. I have two bank accounts, another card with them and this is how they treat their customers. Oh and if you want to complain to their credit dispute department, you have to send all your personal identity information by US Mail for them to even review it. If you aren't getting the message about how much Capital One sucks, I hope you do now. Closing accounts just makes your credit score worse....

FYI, this place no longer have teller drive thru services! When you go inside, prepare for an 8 to 10 minute wait. I asked what happened to the drive-thru service ans he said "there were issues" whatever that means ?

They just don't work efficiently. Specifically the business account representative.. he walks slow he does things slow. He is inexperienced. I won't recommend for business owners

I have visited this branch a handful of times due to it's convenient location only mins from my job. However, I would steer clear if your business includes anything other than a withdrawal. I most recently visited the branch in August to update my information to reflect a name change and the representative who helped me with this process DID NOT note the changes. I only found out when I called over the weekend to inquire about a different issue and was informed there was no record of any name changes.Capital one is not a bank I would recommend to family and friends. I continue to bank with them because I find it extremely inconvenient and a nuance to go in and close my accounts. I

They need more staff. They only have tellers no management or anyone helping to open an account. Capital one needs to hire more staff. And also they said I can't open an account everything is done online. Why is there a physical bank if we can't do anything.

I am a customer of this bank for more than 18 years.On April 14th 2022 at 11:40 , I went to the Commerce st Branch and the lady who was working in customer service was very rude and disrespectful, I just had one question but she refused to answer and told me I had to have to made an appointment when I asked her how I could make an app she just turn around and ignored me.

I should have read those comments before going ahead with my application. It took 5 months, 3 attempts to verify our address and lots of phone calls to finally receive a cheque without any explanation. After talking with 4 or 5 different people providing contradictory information someone found that my phone number was associated with another person so the cheque was a refund of the deposit. A totally disorganized company not even polite enough to apologize for the loss of time. Manager I talked to is Ragesh, ID# DKA416
