“Very nice staff and quick. Almost never have to wait in line is a plus. They made passport photos quickly and they've always shipped packages for me quickly. Returns with labels is a fast turn around and the receipt is printed as proof of shipment quickly. They are a keeper.”

I had to return my internet box on short notice, or COX was going to charge me $294 I had just sprang my ankle I couldn’t drive to the UPS I have no family to help me in (VA ) I called the UPS store explained my situation Rodney Middleton, he said he will pick up my box within hour He drove to my home picked up my box less then an hour. I have never experienced customer service as caring and genuine as Rodney . I can’t thank you enough, you definitely saved the day! May God bless you for your outstanding customer service.

“AJ new owner and Jasmine associate were courtesy and pleasant. Contacted this location to see if USPS package can be dropped off since post office was closed. The caller responded absolutely and the minute I walked in was greeted and asked if I were the person who called. I was helped immediately along with securing the right packaging with ease and later learned he was the new owner! Service impeccable! This is my friendly neighborhood UPS Store. A+!”

“Inside Office Depot. Easy dropoff at customer service.FedEx customer service is not great at other locations. They typically take much longer to give a receipt if you have to drop a package. And many times they try to upsell, do better packaging etc. This location is better than other locations.”

“Today I came into the store to return some items to Amazon but they sent me labels to print out which I did, but only to be informed by Ari that I would have to put the labels on myself in seperate boxes. He sensed that I was frustrated with the process (because it was my first time) and not his fault at all, but proceeded to help me by changing the return process on Amazon for every single item to be able to do the return in the store with no hassle. He was VERY patient and compassionate and lifted a huge load off of my shoulders. I am extremely satisfied with his service and performance and pray that he will continue to be a blessing to others as he was to me. He needs a raise for his outstanding service. Thank you Ari!?”
