Came in (first time) the other day and scheduled an inspection on my 2021 4Runner. They did that this morning and I was very impressed! They send you a link with pictures/videos of everything with your truck from what’s good with your truck to what’s needed and coming up for service needed. I made an appointment for my transmission service as well! There’s other good shops in the area for sure, but I wanted a shop that specializes in Toyota’s so I chose Rays and I’m glad I did. Thank y’all for everything! The two at the front desk are awesome and well informed!!

Ray's stands by their work. They did not charge for guaranteed parts that required replacement. They offer a military discount too.

Had a state inspection completed. It was rejected, however they told exactly what needed to be done to get it taken care of and pass. Great service and great customer support.

Everyone at Rays provide great customer service. They are pleasant , honest and very helpful. They do great work and offer alternate solutions to problems, not just the most expensive one.

The whole team at Ray's Import Auto Repair is manna from heaven! They are professional, kind, hard working, detailed oriented, honest and a pleasure to work with.
