I put my house up for sale and needed to rent a storage unit to get my thinks out of the house to get ready for the sale. I went to Publix storage to rent a unit, and Manish was extremely helpful, he was courteous and polite, and very knowledgeable. He went the extra distance and helping get me settled in to the unit!

5 stars for Keisha! She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She was nice enough and gave me a brief tour of the facility as well as an example of the storage space I was interested. Keisha was awesome!

I recently used Public Storage Company, and it met all my needs. Their facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The Manish is friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel confident in their services. The convenience of access hours and location is unbeatable. My only feedback is around the bathrooms, hate that I would have to walk down to the main office to get access. Outside of that, I defiantly recommend Public Storage Company for a hassle-free and secure storage solution.

From multiple unanswered phone calls to request for district manager to call me back, just fell on deaf ears. No one bothers to return calls, messages or complaints. Front Desk manager had a meltdown when I was visiting unit and peeked through doorway to see what the commotion was about and she was kicking the walls and desk, cursing to high heaven on the phone. No clue if it was a customer but I thought it was a nervous breakdown of sorts given the punching and kicking everything in sight. I alerted the company on my own time and dime what was happening in real time while I was onsite. Just not a comfortable environment for a disabled person. Hardly anyone is ever on duty at the hours posted on the door. I thought they were nice when I signed up with a promo, but after 6 months, they REFUSED to work with me despite being on social services/ limited income. I told them I needed the unit and begged for continuance of my original rate. A slice of pie is better than no pie, as the saying goes. In this case, they do NOT care for their customers, especially disabled ones on limited income. As a senior, I'd expect better treatment and at the least, dignify my requests respectfully with a response. So my rent went up nearly $100/ month and no one can help. Not very good business or management experience. Nothing wrong with allowing people to maintain the same rate and leave their items as long as needed. But they'd rather lose business every 6 months penny pinching instead of thinking of the long-game. Oh, and the facility isn't open 24/7. I got locked in after 9 pm and was stuck for 3 hours until I finally got hold of a human in their customer service center. So beyond disappointed. Never expected to be treated so poorly or exposed to such poor business operations. The only way this place gets high reviews is likely personal friends of the business or FAKE ACCOUNTS. When there's zero customer service, zero responses, not operating properly during the so-called business hours, no manager on duty EVER, and an empty response from the business on these reviews saying they'll "review with the team" is a JOKE. THIS business is UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.GO ELSEWHERE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. ⚠️

Great service and I have had 0 issues with the 2 storage units I have had with them. Manish was also really helpful with my questions recently when I stopped by to pick up some things from storage. I recommend them over any other storage place in the area and the fact that it is climate controlled is key!

Over the course of 15 months, they've raised the rate on my storage space from $267 to $417 - a 56% rate hike. "All leases are month to month." Unconscionable.

A good facility and the price was right. Maneesh was very helpful during my moveout. Only one of the two elevators was working, which meant it took a bit longer than it otherwise would have. I would happily return.

Be prepped for jacked up pricing without any notice. E prepped for horrible customer response. Look elsewhere first. If I could I'd rate it ZERO!

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. While this place is clean and generally safe, in July 2022 our charge for a 5x10 unit was $118, and this morning, without any notice, the charge for the same unit has gone up to $211. Go elsewhere for your storage needs!

I have no idea how this place has five stars. Never doing business with Public Storage again.I called their central line to rent storage space. Set me up in the system and got a unit. Then I realize they got my email wrong and I got no paperwork from them. Called to correct that and I was told you have to call the regional manager for your building.- They never ever pick up the phone- Out of the two elevators the second one NEVER worked- 3rd floor air conditioning barely works “climate controlled”I am unable to cancel my space, reach the manager and unable to get any sort of bill or cancel confirmation.

This is one of the cleanest ones I’ve visited. Up to date and organized with plenty of parking and easy access. Lakeisha at the desk is very informed about the surrounding area and is quick to help in any way she can. It’s also located in a good area so I don’t feel concerned about being here alone or at dusk. Great experience all around!

I lost the key to the lock on my storage area. I went to the office to see what I could do to get in. Keisha was very kind and offered helpful suggestions.

To everyone looking at a new unit, just know that 1.5 years ago the units were 70% cheaper. A 10'x10' 1st floor unit's street rate was $155. They are now listed at $322. Around January to March they were listed at $55. Rents are skyrocketing at this location. Find alternative arrangements or you will be screwed.Luckily I locked in a yearly rate for a 10x10 unit at $155/mo starting November 2021, extended to March 2023. These fools attempted to jack the rent up to $215 (32% increase) six months later except I was already locked in. This foresight allowed plenty of time for me to plan alternative arrangements. I'm noticing that the "street" value on the same unit is now $322/month. $155 to $322 is a $70% increase within 1.5 years. This is a predatory predatory business model that I came prepared for but witnessing it firsthand is shocking. Seems like it's an extension of covid era profit margin price gouging. Big boomer mentality. Search around for the storage owner forums for the pricing strategies that storage company managers employ. This district manager Thanh is Vietnamese though, so if you're a financially illiterate American (you probably are if you're renting from Public Storage long term without a plan) you may want to think twice. Asian business owners operate on a different level from you and will rake you over a barrel.Fuck 'em, just cleared out my unit. Ran the numbers. At this rate it was cheaper to hire a contractor and build a storage structure in my backyard. At the end of April I walked around and noticed around nine 10x10 units and various smaller units empty on the first floor alone.
